Luke, Arna and the Family would like to welcome you to Yabba Ridge Farm. We own 35 beautiful acres along the banks of Yabba Creek. 3 minutes out of Imbil village, 12 minutes to Borumba Dam and surrounded by State Forests. We offer 4 sites, both powered and non-powered sites. Nestled along the banks of a pristine section of the Yabba Creek, there are large swimming holes for all water activities and shallow rapids great for the kids to play in. The Creek is home to an array of wildlife. Platypus are seen daily, plenty of bird life and a variety of fish and turtles. Please be aware that there is a fishing ban on the Yabba Creek between the 1st of August and the 31st October every year. The backdrop is a large steep mountain that comes to the waters edge, which is where we created the name of our property "Yabba Ridge". We have a variety of animals which are behind high fences, and are very unique and spectacular to look at especially at feeding time where you can get a good look at them up close. With only 4 sites, we offer a spacious camping area, spread out all to enjoy the views of the mountain and creek. There are clean amenities, toilets and showers, as well as running water at the powered sites.

What an experience! Camp grounds were clean and tidy! Lethe kids loved feeding the ostrich, seeing the long horn cows and exploring the creek! Highly recommend!

We loved our weekend getaway on the Lower flats, peaceful private site, creek was beautiful, clean facilities. Visit to the farm animals was fun. So close to Imbil or the dam, easy location. Definitely love to visit again.

Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us, we had the most weekend, we loved everything from the farm animals to the kaiaking in the creek. The nice hot shower before bed was great. We will definitely plan a 2nd visit

Very picturesque setting. Thoroughly enjoyed my get away, I found it very relaxing. My dog also loved her experience. We enjoyed the free kayaks to use when ever we wanted. The creek was very peaceful and warm. Host was very friendly and I also found the amenities a plus. 10/10 will definitely be taking the whole family there one day.

The campsites are beautiful and huge. The toilets and showers are excellent. There are some sites with 15amp power directly in the site, which is awesome. The creek is beautiful and they have kayaks / life jackets you can use. For our group’s needs, the drone of the sawmill across the road became an irritation. It’s a constant drone. We don’t mind truck noise and road noise. For most people, the drone will be totally unnoticeable. Some people in our group noticed it.

We stayed at Arna's land, and that was amazing! We were a group of 10 friends with tents and an RV, spending one night at the Lower Flat. The site was in perfect condition, with a fire pit and easy accessibility to the wonderful creek and the clean, hot showers. Highly recommended and close to Conondale National Park!

Awesome campsite by Yabba creek. Well maintained and spread out camping sites. Centrally located amenities block. Kayaks available for a paddlin in the creek Wish I brought my fishing rod. My boy loved feeding the Ostriches. Yabba Ridge is one of the best Hip Camps we’ve been too.

Yabba Ridge has just become our favourite camping spot. This property is absolutely gorgeous, so well maintained and just perfect all around. Feeding the ostriches was so cute. The creek is a so close and being able to use the kayaks was a bonus. We had the best weekend away. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us ❤️ We will definitely be back.

The Gums
Yabba Ridge is one of the the best presented hit camps we’ve ever visited. Really easy to find from the main road with the huge carved tree trunk stating that it’s Yabba Ridge The individual camp sitesare marked by carved fallen trees. The sites are all flat, well grassed, spacious, and most importantly, distant from each other. We had three couples with three caravans on the gums and there was heaps of room. The two toilets and two showers were really clean, and very accessible. The walk down to the creek takes two minutes or so and you’ve got a number of options that you can splash around and down there. They have a central, enclosed paddock with emus, Longhorn cattle, deer, pigs, and chickens that the campsites can all easily see and you can even feed the livestock. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful camp spot, nice and private too on the Lower Flats. We loved the swimming and kayaking, the animals and the toilet/shower amenities were close by and nice and clean. Wonderful owners too. Highly recommend, we hope to be back in the future.

The Landing
The landing is a great spot for a couple or small family with a view of the creek and mountains. Short walk down to the creek which had fish, turtles and even saw the platypus. The creek was nice and clean even after some rain and great to swim and kayak in with little current. The site was great and grassy, firepit provided and the area was private from other camp sites and mostly private from the creek entrance. Toilets and showers were a short walk up the hill, very clean and the animals were also a nice touch.

Stayed 2 nights at the GUMS. Nice secluded area very close to the amenities. Can't say anything bad about this Hipcamp and endorse what the others are saying. The creek had plenty of water and made use of the complimentary canoes. Luke came down to meet and greet, Our 9yo grandson was delighted to feed the Emus. Not a deal breaker, but there was some minor noise from a neighbouring factory. would definitely stay again.

This place is breathtaking beautiful. The landing is secluded with a waterfront view, amenities are clean, the serenity is incredible and plenty of animals to feed and pat. Highly recommend and will be back again.

Such a peaceful spot! Sunsets and sunrises are so special. We almost had the whole place to ourselves. The grounds were really well maintained and the kids loved feeding the animals. Great they had firewood to purchase and the amenities were really clean. Nice showers. Kayaks to use. Will be back.

Huge camp sites. Gums next to clean amenities block and feeding the ostriches and deer was enjoyable for us mature campers. Short walk to creek for a cooling swim. Would definitely recommend. Plan to go again.

Amazing location, facilities & price! The toilets and showers were clean and beautifully presented. Being so close to Imbil township offered great convenience and easy access to supplies…yet was far away enough to feel like we were “away from it all”. The creek was divine & the tree covered ridge’s edge was a beautiful backdrop. Cannot fault this place!

Such a peaceful getaway. The weather was perfect so most of my time was spent in the swimming holes, relaxing or kayaking. The property is extremely well presented. Sites are huge and amenities clean. Saw a lungfish in the creek and lots of birds. This is one camp I’ll definitely go back to

A fantastic campsite that ticked all our boxes! Campfires, dogs allowed, hot showers & toilets, power, plenty of space, access to a creek where you can kayak for kms. The ostrich, cows, pigs etc were a bonus! Responsive host, I can’t recommend enough!

Our family and doggo loved staying at Yabba Ridge! The sites are situated perfectly apart that you have your own space and privacy, so we loved that compared to busy campgrounds over the Xmas period. The animals were an added bonus and entertainment for our toddlers! The creek was lovely and refreshing to swim in and the amenities are located close (but not too close) to our site at The Gums. Will definitely be coming back to this lovely camping spot.

Yabba Ridge was an amazing campsite! My friends and I enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the creek while having our setup in a more secluded spot in the lower flats. The amenities were always nice and clean.
