Enjoy the soothing sounds of birds singing and the calming flow of the Clohesy River, just steps from your tent or caravan. Spirit of the Bush Campsite is designed to offer a peaceful, relaxing escape, where you can reconnect with nature or enjoy an adventure, explore the Clohesy River – perfect for fishing, kyacking taking a refreshing swim, or simply relaxing by the water’s edge. So sit back around the campfire, relax, connect to each other, to the moment, immersing yourself in the flames and the sounds of crackling logs while the smoky scent of burning wood drifts through the crisp night air creating a soothing soundtrack as stories are shared, laughter rings out, and silence is comfortably embraced underneath the stars 🌟 Due to the abundance of wildlife, dogs are not permitted. ALL Campers MUST HAVE THEIR OWN PORTA LOO and remove all rubbish on vacating. Check-in after 1.00pm Check-out 11.00am. The campsite is accessible to off-road caravans. Tents are allowed. You must book in advance. Cost is $100 per night up to 10 people (Minimum 2 nights). Extra persons $10 per person. Firewood can be purchased for $20 a large wheelbarrow load. 1. Spirit of the Bush Campsite
Stunning camp in pristine river setting. One of the best camps I have ever visited and I will make this a regular stopover. Shane and Kim are great hosts and they made us feel very welcome. If you like seclusion and a back to nature setting then this camp has it all.
