We had such a lovely stay at Rivertree farm. The campsite was in a nice spot with a beautiful view of the hills (and cows). Carl spent the time to show us around the farm and introduce us to all the animals. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

We loved our stay at Rivertree Farm. We have 2 kids under 8 and a dog. We had the whole paddock to ourselves with the neighbouring paddock occupied but it never felt like we were in each other's pockets. The scenery is hard to capture in a photo because it's so beautiful. The creek is a lovely shady spot and a short walk from camp. 5 mins from Canungra for lunch at a cafe or to get supplies if you need any. Carlton and Sarah are great hosts and made us feel welcome. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend

Very thick unmown clover in Spring. Great for the sheep and cattle but not so much for camping. Some people might love it but not for the sinus sensitive. Beautiful country though.

We loved our second camping trip to Rivertree Farm. We woke to a winter wonderland on the first morning - so beautiful! The days were warm which made creek exploring fun. Carlton led us on a tour of the farm and was happy to answer all our questions about his beautiful highland cattle. If peace and quiet in picturesque surroundings are what you are looking for - this is the place to be.

Second time here for the two of us and our 3 small dogs. Beautiful quiet spot with nice mountain scenery. We have a 15ft on road single axle van and we're able to get it into the paddock via an unsealed track without much problem. We setup a steel fence around our awning to contain our dogs, the field had sheep wandering right up to the van. A great spot for a campfire and beers under the stars.

Amazing place for a quiet night away. Lots of space, a place for a camp fire! Carl was very welcoming and walked you to the site, visited the cows in the morning for a nice brush, bonus you can bring your furry friend along too. Would definitely come again!

Had a lovely stay with my young son. He loved the animals and Carl was extremely kind and took him to feed some cows in the morning. Nice flat land and it’s great for a quick getaway. Was great with a young kid, as they are sort of ‘fenced in’ and can’t disappear. Will definitely be back!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Carlton & Sarah's property! This is our second time staying, we spend the day hiking at Binna Burra & then come here to spend the night. Lots of beautiful animals and Carlton was wonderfully hospitable! We got to meet some lambs, fluffy cows and little tiny piglets!
I highly recommend! A big thanks to Cartlon!

Blissfully quiet sleeping in the paddock next to a running creek. We made friends with the cows and spent time near the creek. The highlight was watching the platypus forage in one of the deeper sections

This farm stay was everything we hoped it would be. The host were super friendly and made us feel comfortable while we were there. Definitely recommend and will be going back here as soon as we can.

Great location away from it all, 3 large open paddocks for camping and the lovely hairy cows. You can see the other campers in the distance... but we had a lovely stoned fire pit and a refreshingly cool creek to one side. Neighbouring horses and a wide variety of birds to wake you in the morning. Good recharge site off the grid!

Beautiful and peaceful. Cute little river running down from the campsite. Carl is so friendly and welcoming and so enthusiastic about his farm. The highland cows are so so adorable and great to watch with a coffee at the crack of dawn. Great bird watching and watching the wallabies jumping through the paddocks.

Wonderful spot for our work crew to get away and chill for a night. Level, large cleared area right on the creek. The gorgeous Highland cows right next to us were the main reason we booked and we were not disappointed. They were lovely and very close! We had an unexpectedly FRESH night and woke up to glorious frost and steaming cows. Dog friendly was the icing on the cake. Huge thanks to Carl and Sarah for having us. We will be back for sure!

A beautiful property and wonderful hosts. A nice quiet place to camp (flat ground with a camp fire); access to the creek which our kids and dog enjoyed; and lots of space to spread out and play. We enjoyed the farm tour and meeting the pigs, sheep and cows.

Absolutely loved staying at Carlton & Sarah's farm. The scenery was just beautiful, especially in the mornings and afternoons. The tour of the farm was one of my highlights. Carlton let us meet all of his animals and went above and beyond to have all of our questions answered - it was very informative. We will definitely be back :)

A lovely place to camp with views to cattle and the hills it's an easy flat site to camp on. The sound of the creek bubbling nearby was nice to wake up to.

Thank you for a fantastically relaxing stay. We were thrilled to be the only campers there. Loved spending time on the riverbank, seeing the roos at dawn and of course meeting the hairy coos! Great hosts, great camp

In our bigger van we had to go as far to the right as possible to make the tight turn onto the bridge. This wasn’t a problem though and the stay was amazing. Carl & Sarah are fantastic hosts and their love for the animals is obvious. The tour of the farm was great for adults and kids alike.

We had a quick over nighter here and the whole family loved it! Carl and Sarah where both great hosts and made it very enjoyable and the kids really loved seeing all the animals on the farm tour. Beautiful and relaxing place, we will definitely be back again.
