Ridge Camp
We absolutely loved our stay! The friendly animals that wandered by our site were such a delightful surprise and a real highlight for us and our young daughters. Hosts wonderful— greeted us on arrival, showed us to our site, and checked in daily to make sure everything was perfect. Beautiful views and a really lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Amazing host... Sharni and Graeme and their grandson are the best host you could ever asked for. Very accommodating and helpful.
Graeme and the grandson Jax and Jacob welcomed us from the gate and lead us to the campsite. The friendly farm animals were also a big bonus.
My son enjoyed this time playing with Jax and Jacob.
Cant thank enough for their hospitality.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful campsite! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms - and not just by the hosts, but by the real stars of the property: the friendly horses, curious cows, and the lovable family dog (Chief) who made regular rounds to check on everyone.
The kids loved the experience, and it gave us a real connection to nature that you just don’t get at more commercial sites.
The property itself is amazing, spacious, well-maintained, and with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the peace and quiet. The hosts were lovely, and you can tell they take great pride in creating a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the company of some four-legged friends. We’ll definitely be back!

We had another very enjoyable weekend camping on Sharni and Graham's beautiful property. They are terrific hosts and provide great firewood. The property is beautifully maintained and as always we were made to feel very welcome.

Nunkeri ~ Beautiful
We had such a great overnight stay at Sharni and Graham’s - despite the recent weather. They were super welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at place, especially with our young kids - showing them all the friendly farm animals and their beautiful dogs, which the kids absolutely loved.
You can tell they’ve put a lot of care into the place. It’s tidy, well looked after, and just a really nice spot to have the kids run around.
We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Very lucky to find a camp spot at the last minute over the easter weekend and what an amazing place!. This is definitely one of the best places I have stayed. Sharni went above and beyond looking after us. If you want peace and quiet, nature, the odd animal and amazing scenery, then this is the place. We stayed at Outlook Point, which is best if you use a tent or swag, as it's a fairly steep 4x4 access track to get there, which adds to the experience. But from this ridge, you get a nice sunset and sunrise

We stayed at Nunkeri for 5 nights over the Easter weekend. Sharni was a fantastic host and ensured our needs were well taken care of. Waking up to the sound of horses, cattle, sheep and goats going about their morning ritual....ensured our stay was memorable. Sharni and Graham ensured there was firewood available for our first night, after which we were able to source more material from the property. Short drop toilets are situated around the property and are very clean. The maremma dogs were a sight to see as they ensured the stock were protected...Chief (the alpha) was a social butterfly going from one camp to the other ensuring all campers were looked after.
Phone reception is sporadic which further added to the off grid experience.
Overall a fantastic experience and if we are ever back in the area will definitely return here.

The Bagu site we booked was an amazing site! The grounds are kept natural and give you a true sense of being away from the city, but the grass around the camps are well maintained and perfect for groups. No horrible rocky ground to stop pegs from going in. It's not perfectly flat but our group had a camper, tent, campervan and two rooftop tents and we had more than enough level ground to find good spots while still having a huge amount of communal space and a campfire that wasn't too close for comfort. Was a very interactive farmstead with gorgeous animals to pat, Chief was a very welcoming and friendly dog who loved lots of pats and scratches. The hosts Sharni and Graham were so welcoming and kind. Can't give this place enough stars and definitely can't wait to come back.

Possum Bush Retreat is an amazing property, with lots to see and do if you wish. The farm animals wander freely and sometimes come to see you. I was so fortunate to have arrived the day a new miniature horse foal was born and Sharni was so generous in inviting me to have a quick cuddle, she also took me on tour of the property. I was pleasently surprised after reading one reviewer's comments about the campsite being in close proximity to the main house, that you can't see the house at all from the camp site, nor can you hear anything other than the farm animals. I was the only one camping, so I felt like I had the whole world to myself (and the animals, of course). The property is easy to find and is exactly as described, very well maintained, with a lovely, clean dam to swim in and plenty of fire wood in addition to the already prepared camp fire ready to light. I would really encourage others to visit this little peace of paradise.

We have a lovely stay at the outlook ridge, Shari and her husband were so welcoming and friendly from the start, she showed us up to our site which involved some fun easy going 4x4ing, once there Sharni showed us around and left us too it.
There’s very cute goats and kids, sheep and lambs, cows and miniature horse all free roaming the property that are very friendly too.
High recommend camping here, there’s a big dam with a zip line great for a nice swim.
We will definitely be returning with family and friends!

We had a great long weekend stay at Cooinda at Possum Bush Retreat. It was extremely relaxing and we really enjoyed the animals, lovely views and breezes atop the hill on a hot weekend. It was quite difficult to level our caravan being on a quite a slope so I'm not sure how a tent or camping trailer would go at that particular site. Sharni was an excellent host and was kind enough to leave firewood there for us which did us for the whole weekend.

We loved our second stay at Sharni and Graham's farm even more than our first! They have the place looking spectacular and it is incredibly clean. Their animals were friendly and gorgeous...especially the baby lambs.

Great fun 4x4 up the mountain to “Outlook Point.”Not that difficult for enthusiasts that love a private campsite on top of the mountain. Abundance of firewood and Magical sunsets. Sharni was great with directions getting there and was so friendly. Very caring and lovely people opening their property and giving rescue animals a fabulous property to roam. The goats and miniature horses loved a pat and I adored cuddling the baby lambs. Will definitely be back! Thanks Sharni and Graham.

We had an awesome time tent camping on the Bagu site. The site is fairly flat, with short grass and a scattering of trees, and on the edge of the site is the cleanest drop toilet I have ever seen. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and provided us with an absolute abundance of firewood which was perfect for the freezing conditions. Animals on the property are super friendly, and while we weren't visited by any sheep, goats or cows directly at our campsite, we made great friends with the guardian dogs. Most notably for me, we had excellent views of the most beautiful night sky I have ever seen.
Only downside for some may be the relatively close proximity to nearby house/air bnb, but it was never an issue for us.
Would absolutely recommend a trip here.

Thank you for a great weekend Sharni & Graham. Even with a bit of rain we still had fun patting the goats and sheep, playing with all the dogs, especially our friend Chief! Site is beautiful, with a fire ring, and plenty of firewood. Sharni had a little pile ready for us and other “Help yourself” piles around too! Very grateful 🤍

My partner and I did the luxury farm stay in the flat attached to the house and the flat was gorgeous, clean, it had all the amenities to make you feel comfortable. Sharni made sure to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We did the hikes they had around the property (with Cheif the farm dog) and the view from the look put was breathtaking and the other trails were clean and well kept. My partner enjoyed playing with all the animals and we will definitely be back to stay at one of the camping spots next time.
