We loved camping at mountview wines! The hosts were lovely and welcoming! The Winery was also very tasty with the winery dogs definitely adding to the atmosphere!

Really nice spot to spend a long weekend with friends. Nice view, quiet, hot showers, and a clean camping kitchen. You must try the wine tasting….delicious varieties of wines, and they’re available to buy to take home.

Mountview Winery was excellent, I can’t speak highly enough of the amenities and the campgrounds. We arrived late however I think we scored the best site next to the tree. If you are thinking about having the pizza on Saturday night, do it as you won’t regret it. The view of the vines in the early morning and the working dogs running through them chasing the UTV isn’t half bad either. We were both very sorry to leave this morning and already planning our next trip! Thank you Sandy for accommodating us and our dog Toby this long weekend.

Super friendly staff. They waited for us to arrive. Amazing facilities. Clean toilets and showers. Sites and facilities in walking distance. We has our tent fail due to high winds. They couldn't have been more helpful. They had a cabin available for us. Wines are delicious. I would definitely go again. I would recommend this site tto3 anyone visiting the granite belt.

I loved the open space to park our vans with the beautiful backdrop of the vineyard behind us. Enjoyed the wine and wine tasting. The facilities were excellent and our host was great. Highly recommend staying here. It was terrific,

Mountview Wines campground
We loved this winery to stay in our campervan. Friendly, helpful hosts, lovely cosy winery, clean amenities, fire pits. Close to other wineries, we used our electric scooter but you could easily walk. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful part of the world and stay here again.

Well-kept paddock for camping, nice and flat with nice views. Good facilities for campers - hot showers, nice toilets, kettle, toaster, microwave, sink, chairs and tables. Owners are friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Laid back - only Hipcamp in the area at a vineyard with a cellar door - has a fabulous tasting flight and great friendly hosts - would return again!

The site is fantastic, however the host was quite hostile towards our group, to the point of demanding more money from us and constantly berating us about our dog that was on the booking. This is a shame as I said before the site is fantastic, this was actually our second time visiting Mountview and the first time the service was great

Great place to camp as a base as close to Girraween NP and Stanthorpe. Sandra was lovely and we enjoyed the wine tasting and our time there.

Lovely spot, stayed three nights - easy drive into Stanthorpe and Girraween, other winery also in walking distance. Clean amenities nice grass to camp on. Thanks Sandy we had a great gals weekend stay.

We had a lovely stay here. The facilities were good and the check in and communication was well organised. We arrived quite late, but the instructions made it easy to find even in the dark. A great spot to explore the wonderful national parks nearby from. The Saturday night had some live music (couldn't hear from our campsite at all) and some pizzas. Good atmosphere, but would give the pizzas a miss.

Beautiful spot, lovely view of the vines and stunning sunsets. There’s two dogs on the property and a few chickens too which added to the fun. The owner is fantastic and the wine was delicious. 10/10 would stay again!

We were very happy with our two night stay. Nice spacious ground to spread out on and well maintained toilet and shower. It was quite close to Girraween National park for hiking, which is why we were down that way.
We had a nice afternoon after setting up in the cellar tasting wines and having a chat. Happy to recommend.

Great place to stay! The facilities are clean and work well. Kettle and power for charging phones is available at the main building. There is plenty of space to setup our campsite without being close to other people. Beautiful view over the Vineyard and to the hills beyond!
The location is great - close to all the best spots around Ballandean and close to stanthorpe as well.
If you want a fire, I'd recommend bringing your own fire pit as the dedicated ones are mostly by the cabins.
Definitely recommend staying here.
