We camp here for 2 nights and it was a nightmare. The place is waaaay different from what they advertised on their website. There was a lot of broken glass everywhere which is absolutely not safe for children. The place has not been maintained , the grasses are overgrown and there were a lot of flies and insects. The worst part of it was the place are really smelly because of their animals. This is the worst campsite we've ever been to. 101% not recommended .

It had toilets in multiple places but only one of them had toilet paper. Had showers as well. Lake water was not really cleane and it smelled, but it might had been because of hot weather. Area was big and plenty of room. We were lucky that we didnt have to sleep next to animals that were making noises and smelled but deffinatelly cool place to visit eith children .

On entrance there was great energy and a warm welcome coming from Dougie (one of the staff); he personally showed us to our camp site. Had a great view of the lake, a pool for the kids to swim in and the kids also got to feed the farm animals on site!

Dougie was a great host, the park had good facilities that were cleaned twice a day and the sites were huge. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to get away to.

Potential location but needs TLC. Friendly host on arrival. Not ideal near animals with the smell but nice to have for kids if away from tents. Looks like a place for permanent residents in caravans so it’s not your typical holiday makers. Upgrade of facilities needed. Something to considered in future.
