Ironbark Ridge Camp Ground
We stopped here for one night passing through. We were hoping to pull our camper trailer up to the top lookout but way too steep so we walked up instead. Perfect for a roof top, with a challenging fun 4WD up. There are no signs so hard to find. Otherwise quite and peaceful.

This spot was perfect for our last minute scramble to find a place for the night on our road trip! Not only did Danielle come out late at night and welcome us in despite our late booking, but we had the most beautiful sunrise to get up to to start our driving off. There were a few beautiful fire flies we spotted while setting up for the night and amazing star views. Would definitely go back through again!

We went to the Sea View Site, will definitely need 4WD as the road is a bit rough. Really great view, very private, had some firewood ready for us when we got there. Location also very easy to find. Will return 🏕️

A great couple of nights ground tent camping up the top camp. Great views out to the water and good flat site. It is a steep climb up to the site. Definitely worth it though would recommend.

Overall it is a nice enough overnight stop and no big issues, however probably wouldn’t choose for a longer stay as it was hard to find a level patch, the grounds weren’t fenced although very spacious (runaway toddler over here), and you could see the main house so didn’t feel as private as some other camps. The fire pit was a nice touch, and I’m sure the sea view site would have been amazing.

We absolutely loved camping here. So much room, privacy, beautiful scenery. We had the whole place to ourselves. Our fur babies had lots of room to run around. Would’ve loved to stay longer. Highly recommend 👍🏻

A lovely property. Very tranquil and quiet and very relaxing and accommodating. Lovely listening to the birds and stargazing. Awesome base for day trips to Airlie Beach andGreat stay for our furry friends. Highly recommend.

There are two camping options here, we chose to take the 4 wheel drive route and drive up to the sea view camping spot. Absolutely worth it for the view. Excellent camping spot with plenty of space for tents and vehicles. Fire pit ready to go and with the option to collect firewood from the side of the road. Would camp here again.

We camped at the top seaview location and the view was absolutely magnificent 100% recommend and definately on the radar for future travels. A serene clearing to view the tides change and an increadible spot to watch the sunrise from the islands out at sea. 🤩 Danielle was a great host and was quick to return any enquiries.

Lovely spot tucked away but close to the popular tourist destinations. A decent climb up a track to the Seaview sites but we’ll worth it for the serenity and amazing views.
