The Hill Top - South Ripley Farm is located in the hill of the Ripley Valley, QLD. The farm has horses, goats and cattle. The property is 10 minutes from Springfield and Yamanto shopping Centre but set back into the mountain. There is multiple location around the front 100 acres which allow for peace and quite camping. The Back 200 acres has multiple walking tracks that boast an impressive views, overlooking as far all the Brisbane and Ipswich, plus quite nature of unseen landscape unable to be seen from normal public locations.

I really enjoyed my solo camping at Site 3! It’s a nice private spot with good distance from the next site. The ground is well kept and pretty flat, so setting up a tent was easy. Hardly any cow poo around since the cows are fenced off. Access is easy too — though I’d recommend a 4WD. Only downside is it’s quite open, so it can get windy with nowhere to hide. Overall, I loved it and would definitely give it 5 stars!

I stayed at site 3 which is up on a hill and felt very safe and secluded. Beautiful grassy area with lots of trees about, not a building in sight. Heaps of firewood around if you wanted a fire and a fire pit is provided. The track to the site 2 and 3 is a bit steep in one section, access was fairly easy but wouldn’t drive a Corolla to these sites, site 1 has super easy access. Thank you host for providing such a peaceful place to stay and at such a reasonable price

Beautiful, secluded spot just a short drive from the City. Stunning land with ample room to explore and abundant bird life to enjoy. The sites are spread apart so far you wouldn't know that others are there. Daniel is super friendly and helpful, and the goats and cows are cute as hell. Will definitely be back- a great spot for a last minute escape from the city.

Daniel was super friendly and responded really quickly, which made finding the property stress-free. The place had just been mowed, giving me plenty of room to pitch my tent comfortably. The rest is pure nature—beautiful hills, kangaroos hopping around, and lots of birds flying by. I felt so at home here and really enjoyed my first Hipcamp experience. Would absolutely love to come back if I’m in the area again! ☺️ Cheers, Nevin
