Welcome to High Valley Dawn, a 140-acre nature sanctuary near Yeppoon on the beautiful Capricorn Coast. Our campground is set within a working permaculture farm, where organic gardens, orchards, food forests, wildlife corridors and ocean breezes create a peaceful, regenerative space to slow down and reconnect. Camp among native bushland, birdsong and open skies. The campground is spacious, private, and immersed in nature with easy access to our eco amenities including compost toilets, LPG hot showers, communal wash-up area, and farm walking trails. This is a low-impact, nature-based campground designed for travellers who value simplicity, serenity and sustainability. During your stay, wander through our bush tucker food forest, meet our farm animals, explore the gardens, or book a self-guided audio tour to uncover the stories behind our regenerative farming systems. On clear nights, enjoy our famous stargazing skies — far from town lights and framed by rolling hills and ocean air. We’re only minutes from Yeppon town centre, the Capricorn Coast beaches, and walking tracks, yet the property feels secluded and peaceful. You can also add a Farm Tour, join seasonal activities, or stay in one of our tiny homes if you’d like a more luxurious upgrade. High Valley Dawn is family-friendly, and grounded in respect for the land and its traditional custodians, the Darumbal people. We ask all campers to tread lightly, respect wildlife, and leave no trace. Beautiful stay!

Absolutely beautiful stay! They had such a warm welcome for us and explained all aspects of the farm wonderfully! Despite being helpful and friendly, we felt like the stay was very intimate and private.

Beautiful property
Blue Gum Sanctuary
Ryko and Russ have a beautiful little farm. We met the puppies, piglets, dogs and horses they keep on the farm and all were very friendly. There is a great sunset lookout at the top of the hill with 360 views of Yeppoon and the surrounding beaches. Ryko went the extra mile to make us feel at home and comfortable. Thank you!!
