Featuring Log Fires and good old-fashioned service, overlooking the Historic Eungella Chalet and the spectacular Pioneer Valley. The perfect destination for a romantic getaway, or that much anticipated family holiday. Set in the Eungella National Park, this is a pristine location for nature lovers, mountain bikers, or anyone wanting to escape the hustle, breathe the fresh mountain air, and recharge. Just a short walk away from your Cabin you’ll find access to breathtaking walking tracks and lookouts where you are sure to come across beautiful views of the Pioneer Valley and many unusual plants and animals including the Eungella dayfrog, Mackay tulip oak, Eungella spiny cray and the Eungella honeyeater. A Birdwatcher's paradise with over 220 species of birds recorded, and an annual birdweek presented by Birdlife Mackay. A short drive (7mins) away you’ll find yourself at Broken River where you are sure to spot a Platypus. Take the kids for a swim and explore at the Diggings campground or on the way up at Finch Hatton Gorge. Plan a visit to our very own local Cedar Gallery. Enjoy dining in at the Eungella Chalet. The home of self-made fun, Eungella is only a 45-minute Drive from the Eungella Dam for Fishing, Camping, Boating & Water Sports.
