CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE Check in closes at 6 pm or 7 pm by prior arrangements. 5 beautiful park like acres with mature trees, 3 large dams provide abundant bird life. A secluded semi rural location surrounded on 3 sides by farmland yet only minutes from the main shopping center and Warrego Highway. Sunset Cottage is also available. This small cottage sleeps 3 with a Queen bed and foldout lounge, has an outdoor kitchen, large veranda with beautiful views and share the campground facilities. The cost is $80 per night. See Photos . Exceptional sunsets and peaceful tranquillity are a major feature of the Lockyer Valley. Emmaton Park guests share a basic well maintained “rustic, typical Oz style ” abolitions block with hot shower, flushing toilet and small kitchenette area with sink and microwave.. Entertainment area for small groups with stage, music and lighting can be provided by prior arrangement at small additional cost. The surrounding area contains a wealth of colonial history as well as unique small cafes, lookouts and rural produce. At Emmaton Park, feel free to select your site either in the open manicured lawns or in the shade of large bushy trees. Sites are unpowered but small generators are allowed until 7 pm. Sunset Cottage is also available from $80 per night ( sleeps 3) for those who like a little more comfort. See photos. Rubbish bins are provided. Hot shower, flushing toilet and small washing up sink. We ask all camper to RESPECT our property as this is our home and only ask that you treat it as you would your own. We live in the property and check in is available up until 6pm. Checkout by 11am. Unless otherwise arranged. Campfires are welcome in the fire pit provided. Unless council fire restrictions are in force Pets are allowed on leash.
