Site 4 - Colonial Village Camping - Tents
Heat place but be prepared for road
Overall we had a good experience, lovely walks in the area and good amenities, unfortunately we weren’t prepared for the road noise, which was pretty constant as the boat launching ramp was close by & cars were driving backwards and forward from early morning and late in the evenings. Nice hospitality. There was plenty of vacant are along a quieter street, but when we asked if this was available we were told that the 4 sites were to be used.

Site 1 - Colonial Village Camping - Tents
Great clean amenities but the traffic noise was unexpected as the tent sites are right next to the road and cars are heading down to launch their boats all night. We hardly slept. This could possibly be improved by allowing tent sites on the other side of the property on Pulgul Street.

Site 3 - Colonial Village Powered Van Sites
Nice spot
We stayed at a powered site for 2 nights. Had access to shower/toilets and a kitchen/lounge area that had fridge/freezers, TV, seating, gas stove, microwave and air fryer. Quiet and peaceful. Close to everything by car. Peacock's are gorgeous! Kitchen closed due to staff shortages which is a shame. The area for dining, swimming pool, spa, entertaining looks like it could be great. Park could do with a refreshing revamp in places but we enjoyed our stay.

Site 4 - Colonial Village Powered Van Sites
Colonial village is beautiful and peaceful with very spacious sites, complete with peacocks, Guinea fowl and a very sissy rooster. Stall friendly and helpful would stay again
