I've lost count of how many times I've camped here!
I travel with Dogs, so this spot is spacious enough that we can relax when we need to, swim & go for trail sniffs if we want to, watch the birds & jets, or shelter from sun/rain as necessary under one of the multiple structures or abundance of trees 🥰🐶
Thanks to the kindness of the hosts (who are also Dog lovers) & the locked gate, we always feel safe here!

We booked quite late in the evening & it was really lovely Samantha returned to our enquiry promptly.
The campsite is really well set out, we were lucky to be the only ones there. Small amount of road noise from the nearby highway but the birds chirping in the trees & surrounded by bush far outweighed the any downsides. Toilet was clean & flushable. Enjoyed our stay even though just for one night. Thanks Samantha

Return visitors. Great open spaces. Ideal for large gatherings. Bonus having (2) flushing toilets.
Camp kitchen is cute with a wood fireplace, a wood BBQ and smoker available for use. Plus it has a USB port to charge devices.

A lovely spot with flat camping area,s wood stove, fireplaces, clean amenities and great walking tracks. Also games and playground equipment for kids. We really enjoyed our brief stay here. Thanks, Samantha, we hope to visit again

Lovely little camp ground tucked away from the hustle and bustle!

Fantastic site, amenities were clean and easily accessible. Great for small kids and it’s a bonus that it’s 20minutes from Brisbane. Bush camping without the big drive. Will definitely be back.

A really lovely place with a bit of a rustic feel about it, the kitchen, bar area have a cool cowboy saloon look to them, Very basic with only toilets but awesome spot and worth checking out.
Samantha was fantastic to deal with, replied almost instantly to my messages and was a pleasure to deal with. AAA+++.

My boyfriend and I we stopping by just for the night and stumbled across this amazing camp site. The price is definitely reasonable for such a nice clean area such a good experience would highly recommend to everyone in the area.

I always enjoy camping at Cheriton Bush Camp. Samantha always makes sure the amenities are clean and my firewood is labelled and ready to go (Thanks, Samantha). The campsite is close to everything, yet private enough to ensure the experience is uninterrupted. Looking forward to my next night under the stars.

Cheriton Bush Camping - Whole Site
We really enjoyed our stay at Cheriton. We had fun using the wood fire stove. Toilets were clean. Site was very accessible being so close to Brisbane.

About 30minutes out of Brissy but you feel like it’s just you and the bush and it’s fantastic!

I loved the quietness of the place and we camped as a group. There was enough space to camp close to each other, a volleyball and basketball court to sweat it out. Amenities were clean and directions from host were spot on. For those not wanting to cook, restaurants are 8 minutes away. We had a wonderful time.

Really enjoyed this camp-site. A lot of effort has gone in to the camp kitchen and plenty of space to spread out and find your own private spot. Very easy instructions and communication also.
