I had such a beautiful one-night stay at Barunga Farm in Verridale. The whole experience was peaceful, well-organised, and great value for money.
The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication was excellent; quick, friendly, and really helpful, which made everything feel seamless from the start. The site itself was clean and well-maintained, and having access to a toilet was a huge bonus.
I especially loved being surrounded by all the animals 🥹 they were such a lovely touch and added to the whole farm stay experience. The other campers were also really friendly, which created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
The location is absolutely gorgeous! It’s quiet, safe, and surrounded by nature. It was exactly the kind of peaceful stopover I was looking for.
The only small thing was that I wasn’t able to use the canoe as it was out in the middle of the dam, but it didn’t take away from what was otherwise a really great stay.
I’d definitely recommend Barunga Farm to anyone looking for a calm, scenic, and well-run place to stay.

Sites are a really good size, would recommend bringing your own toilet as the compost toilets aren’t the best but still do the job. But still a beautiful spot?

Lovely simple no frills sites. 5 or 6 sites. Nr 5 is overlooking the lake. Enjoyed kayaking on the lake. Did not dare to use the dunny, bit basic. Beautiful trees, various dams, flowers, birds. Could do with a bit of a tidy here and there, but the price reflects that. Would def go back again.

A nice bush setting, very peaceful. Unfortunatley alittle muddy due to recent rainfall. Could'nt find access for swimming to dams, was not as expected but it is a pretty setting & we enjoyed the cows & wildlife.

We stayed at Site 3 with out teardrop camper - it was a lovely grassy spot. We nestled in close to the trees so it was nice and private - we really enjoyed our stay and will go again.

The area was beautiful and directions were super clear to get there! It’s nice and peaceful, they’ve got little firepits which was amazing! Too bad we could only stay one night! Would love to come back again and unwind!

This was a lovely and peaceful place to stay. It was very relaxing camping by the lake and super quiet too (only nature sounds). I also loved how close it was to Peregian Beach and not too far from Noosa Heads either.

This spot was amazing. I had campsite 5 that overlooked the little dam and it was beautiful. My only recommendation would be if they levelled out the area to be flat as it’s on a slight hill but still give this 5 stars every day of the week I highly recommend this! I solo travelled with my dog so having reception was great as well to pass the time. Nothing bad to say about my stay. I normally like to try different locations but I definitely think I’ll be staying back here again, it was worth the drive from Brisbane.

Loved this spot for tent camping! Camped on site 1 on the ridgeline and enjoyed the fire pit, clean loo and a couple gorgeous swims in the dam out back! Conveniently located for Eumundi markets and Noosa Heads.

Loved camping here – such a calm, beautiful spot. I felt very safe the whole time, and it’s perfectly located not far from busy Noosa while still feeling peaceful and remote. I had the best time, and the host was incredibly kind. Really appreciated the easy, friendly communication. Would absolutely stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay with Gretta. We loved the pond, our kids had a great time jumping in. The place was well maintained. It isn't luxurious, so definitelly for people that are not happy with compostable toilets etc. But its quite and remote but close enough to everything.

I loved staying at Burangar Farm.
Nestled half in the Forest and part in the paddock it’s a beautiful nature part of the Sunshine Coast.
My daughter loved swimming in the lake.

Very very cool spot for a very specific type of getaway, we wanted something more secluded and was incredible, property was nice to explore and dam was nice to sit around and have a paddle. Our only warnings are the toilet was unideal we tended to save serious business for town and the bugs were worse than any other spot I’ve camped at but the location itself outways these gripes. We just used a tent and had lots of space to ourselves on site 3 and a nice included fire pit. Would recommend.
