Welcome to Our family farm of 170 acre ! We are two sisters with our husbands and children want to share with you our peaceful farm. Surrounded by Hills, Creeks, Woods, and Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets! We are settled in the Hills of White Eyes Township. There is lots of history of Native Americans, and the first settlers in this area ( there is a great outdoor play based on a true story called Trumpet in the Land about 30 min from our location) On our farm you may still be able to find arrow heads in the creek bottoms! There is lots of wildlife that may wander through your camp site. The air is full of fresh Country smells. Some tame animals that you will see are Lowline cows ( miniature cows), Chickens, Pigs, Miniature Donkeys, Dogs, Cats.

Great camping experience
We really enjoyed our stay at the Peaceful Stream site. It was private and secluded, but still relatively close to the amenities. The pavilion with hot and cold water was such a bonus, as was the super clean porta john. The cinnamon rolls for breakfast were awesome. The hiking trails were well marked and fun to explore. The kids are already asking to go back!

Best Hipcamp yet!! 10/10
Wow! I've been to quite a few Hipcamps and this is the best one yet! Sheila was so kind and helpful! The site was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. We hiked the property and it had stunning views. So many sites to choose from and all super unique and lovely! The set up was so beautiful and so thoughtfully set up. It was apparent that Sheila and the camp family put a lot of effort and love into setting up the sites. To top it all off, grandma's cinnamon rolls were AMAZING! We warmed them over the fire and them even better! We loved it and definitely recommend!!

Site 2 / Peaceful Stream
Our stay at Sheila's was great! An order (or two) of the cinnamon rolls are a must! They deliver additional firewood right to your site and delicious spring water is available to drink and cook with. The site itself was stunning, with a place for the hammock and a personal fire pit. There is a lot of noise pollution at night, mostly vehicles and dogs barking. If that doesn't bother you, we highly recommend a weekend stay here!

Gorgeous family farm with stars for
We absolutely loved our time at Pleasant Valley Farm. It was beautiful, private and clean. Everyone, especially Sheila, was a delight to work with. I almost don't want others to know about this place to keep it to ourselves!

Peaceful Stream Tent Camping
Tent camping was great at Sheila’s. We picked site 2, the peaceful stream. Clear directions and we were even taken to the site when we got there. Perfect site for us with a fire ring and privacy. Cant wait to be back!

This was a wonderful experience. Whitetail Hollow was quiet and peaceful. It was worth the walk in my opinion. It rained much of the day Saturday and we were very grateful to have the pavilion to use. There are plenty of hiking trails. We captured some stunning views at the top of the red trail. Overall a great experience.

The Smokehouse
My husband, daughter and I had a nice 24 hrs at the Smokehouse. The cabin itself was spacious and clean. Although we’re used to a queen size bed, we managed with the full. Our daughter slept on a cot provided by Sheila. Because the overnight low was in the 40s, we got the wood stove nice and hot…too hot actually and had to open the door for a bit 🥵. So if you’re not used to a wood stove, it may take some time to get the temperature just right. A few things we enjoyed about the property were the numerous hiking trails, friendly cows, and our 9 yr old especially enjoyed the swing and tether ball. I think the only drawback for us was the bed and not sleeping too well, but we knew it was a full size when we made the reservation and we decided to risk it anyway. Overall, we would recommend this place. It’s beautiful, remote, and Sheila was an attentive host with great communication.

Great camping spot for families!
Loved camping here! We reserved site #4 with another family and our kids had a blast. The common area in the meadow was great and not too far of a walk from our site. The playground was an added bonus, too! The sites are all private and the landscape is really pretty. Shiela and her family are so welcoming and accommodating! We would happily return!

Are you looking to be serenaded by the sounds of a farm out in the middle of nowhere? Have you wanted eat a cinnamon roll that will change your life? Then look no further than the Creekside getaway. This was my second time camping here but at a different spot. Both were wonderful. The hosts are super kind and responsive, the trails are well marked and fun to explore and the campsites are well maintained. And it’s less than 10 minutes away from the Wooly Pig Brewery! I can’t wait to go back.

Very private campground
We had a wonderful weekend. Cinnamon Rolls were amazing. Peaceful Stream Site was beautiful and quiet back in the woods. Only downside was the folks who were blaring their radio on the second night (I camp to hear the bugs and birds and creek, not Garth Brooks). But they shut it off before midnight, so at least it was quiet while we slept. Our daughter loved the playground with the obstacle course (the tires by the pavilion). We couldn’t keep her away from it. She loved playing with the peagravel inside the big tractor tire. Will definitely return on a warmer weekend. It was on the chilly side.

10/10 for the cinnamon rolls
I loved the site and farm so much, we stayed at walnut grove but hiked to all the sites and they were all wonderful. Sheila was so kind about everything and a gracious host. The cinnamon rolls are an absolute must, the best I’ve ever had. All the animals are also very cute and it is a nice little getaway from city life.

Secluded camping in rolling hills.
Beautiful land with thoughtfully designed trails and campsites. Sheila was a great host and her homemade sweet rolls were a great treat for breakfast. Firewood was dry and stored in a small wood lean-to that was right at our campsite. Clean, quiet, secluded and an overall wonderful experience!

It was rainy when I camped there with my family, so we spent a lot of time in the pavilion area. We brought some lunch and games down to play, but wound up playing a few rounds of the many yard games available (corn hole, washers, bocce, etc) in between the bouts of rain. We stayed at campsite #4. It was a beautiful, secluded space. My dad (62) commented if that was his first time camping, he probably wouldn’t ever go again partly due to the weather l, but partly due to how far the walk was from our cars to the site. It was quite a long trek. I counted 638 paces from my tent door to the ports-johns.

Pleasant Valley Farm Camp
Great place for families
Despite a massive amount of rain, we had a great time tent camping here. The 4 kids in our party (ranging from 2 to 6) LOVED seeing the animals and how well-stocked the Meadow is with kid entertainment (swingset, old tractor tires to climb on, covered pavilion with picnic tables, porc swing, lawn games, a dump truck, rocks...basically little kids' dreams come true). The cinnamon rolls were great but given the rain, the wood stole the show. It was a great value and definitely dry--such a change of pace from state campgrounds! We camped at the Camper site because our friends had an RV and we were nervous about hike-in with little kids, but the distance seemed to be pretty short for the other sites and Sheila's farm provided carts for toting things back. Port-a-potties were clean with plenty of TP and having a fully functional sink in the pavilion was great. With the creek, the area was pretty buggy when it wasn't raining, but a little permethrin lotion kept them from biting and attempting to catch them provided lots of kid entertainment! We'll likely be back!

The hosts of this campground were great! There was a huge thunderstorm during the evening and the hosts came down to check on us and the other campers. We were able to hang out under their outdoor pavilion to get some shelter from the rain. We felt safe and their camp and farm were beautiful. Well run and definitely worth the stay! We had a great time even despite the rainstorms! ALSO 100% get the cinnamon buns....they do not disappoint. :)

Rustic but not… perfect first get away for kiddos used to cabin style camping… very limited to no cellular connection which ended up being nice… hostess was really great and locals nice, very well kept property right in the middle of Trump country with confederate flags everywhere… mentioning that for darker skinned campers… overall really really nice, even the port Johns were super clean… plan to return

Beautiful campsite w/fun Activities
We had such a great weekend! Our group of four adults and three kids (ages 2-6) stayed at campsite #2, Peaceful Stream. Very quiet and private campsite nestled back into the woods. Ordered 6 of the cinnamon rolls and promptly ordered more in addition to some cookies the following day! The cinnamon rolls warmed up in a stove…*chef’s kiss*!! Sheila was a fantastic host. Her and her daughter gave us a tour to see the animals which was a great activity for us and the kids were super interested and even got to feed some of them! Would highly recommend staying at this farm, super friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful property! We had a camper so we stayed at the rv site - drive through access right along the creek. The tent sites were secluded and gorgeous, will definitely go back to tent camp. Lots of well-marked trails for hiking.
