A small 40 acre farm with livestock and one dam. Freshwater yabbies. 10km out of Cowra, the best sunset views. Rural acreage get away for the self contained. No power, water or toilet facilities. 100m of sealed road access. Close to Conimbla National Park for bush walks and views. No fires during summer months / fire ban periods. A fire pit can be organised during winter with advance notice. Take your own rubbish.It’s a 40acre farm 10km out of town with sheep and low line Angus cows. Take a walk down to the dam and trees and further down towards the creek. A small dam with fresh water yabbies. Situated 100m off sealed road. Proximate to Conimbla National Park for bush walks, sunset views over the mountains. A quiet farm stay. Small fires permitted in winter. Please have a bucket filled with water as precaution to put out when done. Take a walk amongst the livestock or down the dirt road. Please take your own rubbish, including cigarette butts and come self contained.
