We run a sheep and cropping farm which creates beautiful camping grounds at the foot of the hills, just below the Heysen Trail. The campsites are located on the pasture paddocks of the farm with sheep roaming the area, so dogs on leashes at all times, and please pick up after them. With large distances between other campers, each site can cater for large groups, with no close neighbours. The sites are at least 2km away from busy roads, so absolute peace and privacy! There's a beautiful push bike ride from Riverton to Clare Valley and all the wineries are along the way. Plenty of room at the property for kids to ride their push bikes. Fantastic sunsets and sunrises from all sites, and at its best at the SUNSET BAA. Beautiful bird noises, including the kookaburras having a laugh. There's a very very basic "long drop toilet" pit toilet located near the Gumtree paddock and 5 others shared, down close to the camping paddocks, if not wanting to use shared toilets, please bring and supply your own portable toilet. Great Hotels/pubs to dine in at Tarlee and Riverton. Emporium cafe for the best coffee in Riverton Important Information to know before ALL GUESTS/VISITORS MUST BE BOOKED IN BEFORE ENTERING OUR PROPERTY!!! All campers must check in BEFORE 8pm. If you are unable to arrive before 8pm, please make a booking for the following day instead. Generators are allowed on the unpowered sites, please respect other campers with turning them off by 10 pm at the latest. No chainsaws on property. Loud music not permitted, please turn silent by 8.30PM Pets are allowed, as long as they are on leashes at all times STRICTLY NO MOTORBIKES RIDDEN ON PROPERTY No rally driving. PLEASE NOTE We closed until March 2026 due to high fire danger. Feel free to book ahead. Seven Sisters is perched on the Skilly Hills, the western side of the Clare Valley. Overlooking the Blyth Plains above Kybunga, the views are nothing short of stunning. Nearly every evening brings fabulous sunsets. Ideal for family stays or just a quiet spot to chill out. Bush walking in the Spring Gully National Park is just down the road and within 2klms is the Armagh to Spring Gully trail. Our neighbours include the fabulous Eldridge Wines, one of Clare Valleys best. Close by are many more fabulous wineries and one of the best Gin Distillers (in our opinion) in the Mid North, Sawmill Gin. The local taxi service is very accommodating and happy to come out to Seven Sisters. I believe they will also ferry you to wineries in the area. Seven Sisters is a hilly grassland with wooded areas, creeks and rocky outcrops to explore. Anywhere within our boundary fence is there for you to explore. Our sites on the property are easily accessed. 2 sites on our farm road with a 4th site set at the back of the property which is very secluded. All sites have seasonal fire pits. Please don’t enter the fenced area around the house or go outside our boundary. Ideal for families or just a quiet stay.

This property is a portion of a large working farm. We have cattle, sheep, cropping, and horses. The property is approx 12,000 acres with amazing ranges that sometimes see snow in winter. Tent, Swag or Campervan at Heyson base camp. Enjoy the lovely Gum lined Dry Creek with blue stone ruins of times gone by. Enjoy a short hike to the Wind Turbines and see up close how magnificent these green energy windmills work. Or enjoy a hike along the famous Heyson Trail at the top of the range. Jamestown is 25 minutes drive where you can explore the bundaleer forest or see the tesla battery.

Canoe Trees and the Marne River Take a stroll along the river, looking for canoe trees. First Nations people of the lower Murray River formerly made large canoes from the bark of Red Gum trees. They used canoes to transport goods and move long distances along the river system. The Marne River in southeast South Australia starts below Eden Valley at an elevation of 366m and ends at an elevation of 5.06m flowing into the River Murray. Lovely views from the hill line out to the west and south from SevenHill. Open space for multiple vehicles if needed. Easy to park up. Due to the exposed nature of the site, better for vans and hard shell camping, not ideal for tents if the weather turns.

We had the lovely secluded Moss Rock site which provided good protection from wind and was surrounded by beautiful trees. There were amazing views a short walk away along ridge line. Composting toilet was spotless. Communication with Chris, excellent.

Chris was a great host. We loved having use of the toilet and shower. It was really peaceful with great scenery, kids loved exploring around the campsite. A great place to unwind by the campfire and stargaze, definitely could’ve stayed longer, we hope to be back again.
