Excellent walking trails and bike riding just up the road in the Kersbrook forest area Adelaide Hills Rutland Park RV also offers onsite Belles Sip and Bite coffee trailer Monday to Friday mornings (except public holidays) providing freshly brewed coffee, hot choc, teas, toasted sandwiches, cakes and farm fresh eggs Local Farmer Markets nearby open Saturday mornings Due to 3 dams on the property we are unable to cater for children. Uber services our area. We are pet friendly, however dogs must be on a leash at all times, dangerous breeds are not permitted due to onsite livestock and native animals. Dedicated fire pit area and firewood can be purchased on site. Fires only permitted during the no fire ban season. The property is gated with access via a coded keypad and the code will be provided once booking is confirmed. Toilets are not provided so all vehicles must be self contained, however sullage points on each site are available. Dump point is available. Generators are permitted until 10 pm. We are a small vineyard, winery and cellar door set on 45 acres of land. It's mostly pasture with 7 acres of vineyard. Guests are welcome to park during the week in the cellar door carpark. On weekends we have a grassed strip, 8 metres wide, between a vineyard block and a windbreak. Which overlooks the valley behind and distant hills to the front. Being self contained is essential. Our toilets are only accessible when the cellar door is open. On weekends guests are welcome to come for dinner on Friday or for lunch on Saturday or Sunday, and then stay overnight, so they can enjoy a few drinks without worrying about driving home!

Very convenient location if visiting the northern side of Adelaide. Golden Grove, Salisbury and Elizabeth are less than 15 minutes away. Helen and her husband were very accommodating, they have their own dump point and there is a fire pit you can use outside of fire ban season. Starlink had good visibility to the sky and our small dogs had room to run. Would definitely stay again.

Zero net carbon cellar door front. We export three times the amount of electricity we use. We designed the building to be energy efficient.

Weekend Trip to Tilbrook Estate

We recently stayed at Tilbrook Estate Vineyard. While the campground could have used a bit of a mow, the beautiful views from the campsite made up for it. Annabelle’s warm and welcoming manner set the tone for a lovely visit, and our meal at Pica Pica restaurant was an absolute highlight — incredible food paired with a delicious sangria that quickly became a favourite. Overall, the stunning setting, friendly hospitality, and fabulous dining made our stay truly worthwhile. 🍷✨

My family and I absolutely loved camping out in our caravan right next to the water and waking up to the sunrise each morning reflecting off of the cliff faces of the Murray River. Our host Susan was lovely and very informative of the area amd even let us borrow a small row boat to explore the lagoon with.

There was a large variety of bird life around. It was a lovely secluded spot, our dogs enjoyed paddling in the water and running around playing. Caught some fish and fed them to the pelicans. Very relaxing, look forward to visiting again in the future

4 nights at BIG4 Port Elliot Holiday Park

Although the park was busy, its location and facilities were very convenient. The park is located between two busy coastal towns on a point with a quaint seaside village within a pushbike ride. The park was impeccably clean and facilities were in great condition with plenty of hot water. The land has access to two beaches and a small bluff to take in the sunset. Room for kids & dogs. Plenty of space to drive through for van and space for the car. Local town had some amazing venues and shops. Surf was plentiful with lots of local breaks. Didn’t really need to deal with the office so not sure on staff assistance. Great spot.

Where to start ! James and his wife were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them Their wines are outstanding. Didn’t find a wine we didn’t like. The views from the winery were beautiful and it was lovely to have it all to ourselves at night. Compliments to the chef.. his paella was amazing. Would be worth a trip back just to taste it We had full use of their very clean toilets and a water tap was nearby. We parked by the vines but if we went again during the week we would definitely take advantage of the pitch at the winery that has spectacular views 11/10 👏👏👏

We stayed at campsite 1 , all sites are very pretty. Very well maintained & sheltered by a nice avenue of gums. The property has a pond full of frogs & ducks. Plenty of wildlife to make you feel like you are out in the country. Not 30 minutes from the CBD. Host Helen & her husband are lovely hosts.

Went away for a relaxing weekend and got exactly that! Friendly host, perfect camp-site riverside, the only sounds were the birdlife and frogs. Boys fished, I birdwatched and the dogs lived their best life exploring as the property is completely fenced. We even had a kangaroo come to observe us at the fence. Perfect weekend away and have already booked our return trip! Thankyou Susan for sharing your property with us 😊

Tipsy Hill is the perfect place to camp with your dog. Private fenced site with a small jetty ideal for fishing and swimming and not having to keep your dog on a leash. The hosts are very nice and leave you to do your own thing.
