We have 80 acres of farm, approximately 15 minutes from town. Our campsites are located in a paddock on our farm, perfect for off grid self contained campers. Access to campsites is Via Brown Road, not Caroline Road. Please see directions once booking is made. We are not far from The Blue Lake, The little blue is also close by, and is perfect for swimming in summer. The Umpherston Caves is literally just down the road, and is wonderful for a picnic, or on dusk feeding the possums. Sites are approx 20m x 20m, lined with trees, perfect for pitching a tent, parking a van, camper trailer, RV, or even a bus! You can even bring your boat! We are only 25 minutes away from Port MacDonnell, put your boat in, go fishing or just enjoy the beach. One van/tent per site (unless negotiated prior). Our sites are all located in a back paddock, it's quiet and peaceful. We have sites available to cater for RVs, vans and tents. Must be self-contained (no facilities provided, must dispose of waste at approved dumpsites in town), take your rubbish with you; dogs are welcome if they are friendly and well behaved.

Ideally located just a couple of kilometres from Robe on the Southern Ports Highway (road side number #4437), The Four Mile Farm offers spaces for self contained vans, camper trailers and tents, in a tranquil ten acre rural setting. Only minutes to the Robe township, restaurants, cafes, shopping and Robe's famous Long Beach, The Four Mile has an abundance of wide open spaces to find a private nook to park up for a night - or a week. New facilities include a utility room and ensuite featuring a hot shower and flush toilet, located inside the front shed, as well as a new shower block with two hot showers and an additional flush toilet, just a short stroll from the camping area. (Showers are coin operated - bring a good supply of $2 coins). Bring a chair and relax round the community fire pit in the evening (fire season excepted). Watch the sun go down, the moon rise and spent the evening around the fire, star-gazing at the southern sky. If you'd like a night out in town, Robe Runner Shuttle offers a service to and from The Four Mile.

Situated on 100 acres 5km north of Robe town, and a very very short drive (or 2km walk) to beautiful Long Beach, the Robe Camel Farm is in the perfect location. Camper trailers, rooftop tents, and small campervans are suited to the Shady 1 and Shady 2 sites. These two sites are nestled amongst beautiful gums. Caravans and large motorhomes are suited to The Paddock site. The Paddock is an open site near the tourist shop. Perfect for larger set ups and great for solar. You are free to watch the camels in the paddock from behind the fenceline. If you are after a more up and personal experience with the beautiful beasts, you can book a Morning Milking Tour or a Camel Safari in our electric buggy. Book these experiences on the website www.humpalicious.com.au. Robe Camel Farm is a very relaxed environment. We will be carrying on daily jobs such as camel feeding, building, training etc. Guests are welcome to participate in daily farm life if they choose to! Note, we do keep beehives on the property, so if you are badly allergic to bees, please come prepared. Dog friendly but must be well controlled. Campfires not permitted.

Bluegums Farm, Here we have a range of animals ,Supervised interaction with clydesdale horses, camels, sheep, cows available. At certain times of the year the Clydesdales will be in harness putting on a draught display. no cash can be accepted for extras or late bookings. Campers are set up in a large open area, with both grassy and sandy options, suitable for tents and caravans/campers, with some areas more off-road and private than others. Upon arrival, you are welcome to choose your spot. As well as plenty to do on and around the property, there is a great bike track from the farm into Bordertown town, and we are also just walking distance from the town pool. We have no facilities here so you need to be self-sufficient with your own toilet. We do however provide firewood for the campfire. You are also welcome to bring your pet along, so long as they're kept under control and don't disturb our animals.

We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location was great and Linda had excellent communication from the start, even recommending the perfect spot for us to set up which worked out really well. One of the highlights was the camel feeding experience with Alice, Albie, Sweetie and Dorothy. We also loved the visit from Cassie the dog. We’d happily stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Highly recommend this Hipcamp! The location is fantastic and there’s plenty of space to choose from, so you can easily find a spot that feels private and well away from other campers. Communication from the host was excellent and check-in was super easy, which made the whole experience stress-free. The facilities were also excellent and very well maintained. We loved watching the sheep and cows in the distance. Would happily stay here again.

I loved the camping at Pine Ridge. First of all, I would like to complement Natasha for her amazing communication and flexibility with check in. Amazing!!!! Secondly, receiving all email with directions to find the place. It makes sense and so easy to navigate. Camping sites are very clearly coloured according which one you booked. Fantastic idea to separate them using round hay bales which at the same time gave us a bit of privacy. Far enough from busy roads and quiet enough to enjoy birds, cows and nature. Very close distance to Mount Gambier, just around 8 minutes drive and all attractions are on the front of you. If I will be back in Mount gambier, definitely I will get in touch with Natasha again. 10/10.

What a fantastic stay! Tara-Jae and her husband were extremely welcoming and Shady 2 was an excellent camp site. Tucked off of the main track in its little nook, we felt like we were in the middle of the bush. We also went on the camel feeding safari which was so fun! Their dog Max was also super friendly and came to visit us regularly as we had 2 dogs with us. Along with camels we got to see peacocks, a horse and donkey, chickens and a wallaby! We will definitely stay here again as we thoroughly loved it! Thank you Tara-Jae 😊

Great little spot for our first ever hipcamp! Kids named the Highland cow Jeff and found him quite friendly. Lovely large open space and hay bales to climb and ride bikes around for kids, I'd just suggest you double check the COLOUR SITE you choose because this is the booking system! We seen a few people park and set up to then need to move (we arrived and had someone in our site too) some campers said they only seen a site number on their booking.... I can assure you the sites are set by COLOUR not numbers and it's clearly labelled on the booking and on the poles at each site - orange post are behind the fallen tree which can be used for fire wood.

Open and spacious paddock. Country feel, quiet and fine for a couple of days stay. Close to town with plenty of food options and places to explore. Shade on one side of the paddock only and ground not level at top corner (coo paddock). Recommend a spot along the fence if you want shade and a more level pitch. Kids had a great time playing on hey bails and riding bikes around. Highland was gorgeous looking but not very pleasant, poor thing probably over all the attention, so give it space.

We loved our time at Pine Ridge. The owners were so lovely and the additional and effort to experience feeding animals was wonderful for the kids. The sites were huge and the added hay bales in the paddock were an additional bonus for the kids to climb and explore, as well as adding some privacy. We highly recommend.
