Next morning buy some fresh eggs, have breakfast, check your vehicle over, top up a bit of water and back to the main highway in a few minutes.

Best, friendliest hosts you could ever hope to meet. Outstanding people. I overpayed them $10 and although I told them to keep it when they offered a refund, they gave me a bunch of fresh eggs anyway. They couldn't do enough to help out. Awesome spot about 1050 metres above sea level. Great phone reception (Telstra). Water refill, electric hook up available. Give them a go as they are relatively new to this and deserve your support.

Super happy Michael and his family were super welcoming and accommodating. We were met with a carton of eggs and escorted to our campsite to which was clean and comfortable. Michael provided us with a map which allowed us to freely explore on our motorcycles. Would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely be back.

Incredible, idyllic, mini Eden! We can’t compliment this spot enough! We’ve already booked more time here! Enough space for bikes, sports games, adventures, exploring and more! With high energy dogs and son the space Bea has here is amazing! The camping area felt protected from wind with the trees but still sunny enough for solar. It’s so well maintained, clean and tidy and well signed.

Kallarroo is a beautiful and nature integrated experience. From the drive down to the paddock where you move past rolling hills full of horses, birds and kangaroos to the open pasture and cattle of the field beyond the river, the entire experience is incredible. The site itself is gorgeous and secluded and is exactly as advertised on Hipcamps - they’ve actually been quite modest in their description! Bea was a magnificent host who provided detailed and clear instruction to make the process as seamless as possible. We loved our stay at Kallarroo and would definitely come back. I couldn’t recommend this stay highly enough!

Secluded Kallarroo Camping was indeed secluded!!! Exactly what my partner and I were after - being able to book the site for ourselves was such a treat and we were blown away the minute we entered the paddock, the friendly horses on arrival, the sound of the creek flowing, the star gazing and echidnas! We were really able to spread out on the site and felt truly alone, the firepit set-up was great, will definitely be bringing some friends back with us next time. Make sure you follow and download the directions provided, there are a few cross roads but theres Kallaroo signs at each one so keep an eye out! The road to the stay was in good condition considering the rain over the last few days, but there is lots of wildlife, go slow and I wouldn't recommend driving in at dusk. An excellent stay, thankyou Bea for having us for a magical night!

We purchased our 200-acre property after it was heavily impacted by the Summer 2019/20 bushfires. As newcomers to farming, we’re learning what it means to live and work on the land. The Property is situated on the pristine Wallagaraugh river near the Victorian and New South Wales border, 8km down an all weather dirt road, easily accessible for caravaners and boaters and is approximately 45 km from Eden and 40 km from Mallacoota by car, very isolated but has limited phone and internet reception, 15 minutes down river Gypsy Point, another 20 minutes your at Mallacoota on the coast if you need fuel, supplies, etc, 5 to 10 minutes up river the bullring , proceeding with caution you will go through a temperate rainforest and end up at the rock wall with small waterfalls and fresh water pools. A haven for many species of birds and wildlife, sea and wedge tail eagles nesting close by a bird watchers and canoeists paradise, also many species of fish so if you want to wet a line a Victorian fishing licence is needed, the river has a 5 knot speed limit from the campsite to Gypsy Point, if your more into bushwalking or sightseeing there are several national parks within a 30 minute drive or boat trip, or just have a swim, chill, relax and enjoy the peace and serenity. one site has small tinny access to the river and the other is good for a 20 ft boat, can accommodate up to 15 at one site and 12 at the other, camping and fires are only allowed in designated areas, bring your own firewood or it can be supplied for $25 per wheelbarrow when booking in, at both sites you cannot have fires or camp in fenced off river frontage, you will have to provide your own camp toilet, shower, etc and take all waste away when you leave, I can arrange if needed by prior notice, bulk firewood, launching of boat, etc. No firewood collection, motorbike riding, shooting or 4x4ing on site, some pets on leash may be allowed by prior arrangement, if having trouble booking or any other inquiries please send message cheers John.

200 acres of scenic farm paddocks with seasonal creek, and forested hills adjoining the Bournda National Park. See kangaroos, wallabies and wombats and if you are lucky an echidna or deer! Horses also live here and are separate from the camping area. We accept only a small number of campers to ensure everyone has a few acres each and peace and quiet to enjoy the natural surroundings. Beautiful Coastal farmland near to Mimosa Rocks National Parks. Easy to access. Close to stunning townships of Bermagui just 15mins north and Tathra 30mins south. Observe an abundance of wildlife - spot an eagle, kangaroo, wallaby, possum, goanna, wombat or whale! Surf or swim any of the amazing beaches or lagoons -Bunga, Hidden Valley, Arraganuu, Bithry, Cuttagee, Camel Rock, Horseshoe Bay or Blue Pool. Walk the dog at Beares beach in Bermagui or Cuttagee beach, 10mins drive north. This is an incredible coastline to explore. Enjoy local fresh produce from Bermagui farmers market in summer on Thursday afternoons; Saturday market at Honorbread courtyard; fresh seafood either catch yourself or purchase from Bermagui Fishermans Wharf. There is a little shed on this patch of land and campers have access to an undercover area off the side of the shed plus half of the inside area of the shed not being used for storage. There is a rainwater tank at the back of the shed. A nice, new compost toilet faces into the bush, we no longer use the one at the back of the shed. To locate when heading south on Tathra -Bermagui Rd , Turn left into Hergenhans Rd which is approx 14km south of Bermagui, then left into Wrens Rd (Goalen N Rd on google maps) , follow Wrens Rd about 800m and you'll see a gateway on your right with Hipcamp sign (Bunga Summit). It is opposite gateway on left with Lot 3 sign. The next gate is padlocked where the shed is. To access Bunga Beach, continue along Wrens Rd through neighbouring properties. The road has recently been resurfaced so is now accessible with 2WD. This is National Park so you can't have dogs here. To access Back Bunga Beach continue along Hergenhans Rd and left onto O'sheas Rd which is also a good accessible road. taking you through neighbouring properties and ending at Mimosa Rocks National Park. This is an amazing walk from the carpark south along the beach to Hidden Valley. For dog walking beaches head to Cuttagee just 10mins north towards Bermagui, or Beares Beach in Bermagui. For injured wildlife or any wombats with mange around the campsite please phone my neighbour Sara as she volunteers for Wildlife Rescue South Coast.
