------------- IMPORTANT: For fast acceptance of your reservation request (due to the uniqueness of our property) we need to know what type of RV you have and the length (30ft max), number of people in your group (4 included in nightly rate), number of pets (max 2), and number of transportation vehicles (1 included in nightly rate). Otherwise we will have to reach out and potentially decline the request if we don't hear back from you right away (since Hipcamp puts a time limit on it). IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN WHAT IS INCLUDED, read below and reach out to us first so we can tell you how to put in the request for your extras so it gets approved faster. IF YOU ONLY HAVE A TENT, please book the tent only site unless it is already booked. Both Standard RV and Tent site are next to each other and have same view. -------------

This spot has dedicated water, 30 amp electric hookup and standard 110 outlet but no waste hookup. We can accommodate a travel trailer, toy hauler RV, 5th wheel, Class C, camper Van, etc. 30 ft max length once tow vehicle detached due to clearance needed to turn into property on and some maneuverability near site. If you have something longer, please inquire and we can see if we can accommodate. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate any Class A or buses. They are just too big and heavy for us

We also have 3 different small unique and fun RVs that can also be rented to be used on this site if you don't have one. See photos in our listing and see "Extras" for associated rental fee. If you need a tent for yourself or additional guests, see the "Extras" section and rent our tent. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

Nightly Rate includes: Up to 4 people, 1 RV + 1 tow/transportation vehicle. 1-2 pets allowed.

NEW for 2024 - Honey Wagon pump out service by appointment only. $20 per tank (Grey + Black = $40) Since we are not a business this service MUST be requested at time of reservation otherwise we might not be able to accommodate due to our schedules and how full the tank is and other requests etc. Appointment times we are offering are below. Late or last minute request may or may not be able to be accommodated. Sunday: 9:30 am - 10:30 am Wednesday and Thursdays: 6 pm - 7 pm

If you require pump out upon arrival/check in, we could accommodate for a fee of $35 per tank due to our pump out tank being small and would require an additional service call from our provider.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not a commercial campground or a business. However, there are certain rules that must be adhered too per the agreement with our local township and our neighbors along our shared private road.
