Description

On the eastern shore of Juneau Lake, surrounded by a sprawling spruce and birch forests, sits the lovely and secluded Juneau Lake Cabin. If fishing is your game, you won’t want to take your adventure anywhere else. The cabin is steps away from the picturesque lake where you’ll find an abundance of rainbow trout, grayling, whitefish, and burbot. Moose, black and brown bear, and wolves are common in the area as well. Trails surround the lake and mountains, and the cabin is a rustic retreat to refresh after embarking on your trek through the rugged mountains, fields, and forests.

This is one of the nicest cabins you can rent on the Kenai, but it's also a long hike in. The lake has float plane access, but drop offs and pick ups can be tricky due to the weather.
