This was our first time at the creek site. We loved the privacy and sound of the creek as we slept. Fire pit and picnic table were great.

This is our second year camping at muddy mist and we had a fantastic time. Liam is an amazing host and we plan on making this a family tradition every year. we love the new pool and the fact that it’s heated. The spring-fed pond was crystal clear ! The sites were well-maintained in the common area is very clean and a nice touch. Thank you again for hosting Liam.

The pool the pond the creek

This is my second time having the privilege of staying at this Campground. the first time we stayed at the pond site and this time we stayed at the creek site. both times were fantastic even though we had a lot of rain this time we were incredibly comfortable. on the creek the sound of the Rushing Water was incredibly calming. we enjoyed the pool and the Beautiful pond. We enjoyed walking through the trails and I saw many mushrooms that I had never seen before anywhere else. I plan on staying here many times in the future as they can easily accommodate a large group and I would like to try out their tree house one of these days. the ownership is incredibly attentive and responds quickly to concerns. if you're thinking about staying here you definitely should. the coffee room and the shower house are a great amenity to have and made our stay even better

The pond site is my favorite! The sound of frogs at night. Floating in the pond in the day. The kids and adults spent countless hours in the pond. It is the absolute best part of our summer, 5 years running. We can’t wait until next year!

The tree house was a dream! It rained the last night we were there and it felt so comfy and dry in the tree house. Having the extra platform underneath was added refuge from the storm. We will certainly be back!

Wow! The amenities at this campsite are awesome! Liam and his parents are sweethearts! The pond was perfect for a little bit of lazy kayaking, the shower was very well kept. The pool was very clean. We stayed next to the creek and the sound of it was so relaxing i had trouble getting up in the morning. Really a hidden gem!

This is THE campground! The common area has anything you need, a bathroom w running water and electricity, the kitchen area w a full sink, keurig, water cooler with cold and hot water, 2 docks on the pond, a pool, kayaks, paddle boat, tubes. We felt the campsites were secluded, never really heard anyone, and the other group said they couldn’t hear us. This place is such a great find. We all agreed we absolutely want to come back. We stayed at the pond site and found it was hard to put stakes into the ground (it’s rocky), but we ended up tying the strings of the tent to rocks to secure it and it worked great. We all had so much fun and had an awesome experience- definitely a gem 💎

Our family had a wonderful time at Muddy Myst. The hosts go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Our kids loved playing in both the pond and the pool. I brought life jackets and inflatables for the kids, but they actually had life jackets and a bunch of inflatables there. My sister, who generally dislikes the outdoors, really appreciated the nice bathroom and shower.

Beautiful spot in the woods! We could hear the frogs singing all evening, it was so peaceful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The common area has all sorts of little thoughtful touches, and it was filled with all kinds of things you might have forgotten - Liam thought of everything! We arrived late and it was already dark, and I was a little worried about getting there, but with Liam's mother's directions it was super easy. Well definitely be coming here again when we travel back through :)

loved our treehouse cabin!

The cabin was so sweet - cozy and comfortable. Appreciated the mood lighting and the outlets. There was a thunderstorm right as we arrived, and my dog and i enjoyed hanging out in the treehouse cabin , safe and dry, listening to the rain. The common area was set up nicely, and we enjoyed exploring the woods. Heed the info the hosts post about woodland wildlife. My dog dashed off after a deer on our morning hike, something he’s never done before. We also enjoyed the pond, though we didn’t play there long. The hosts ask (very reasonably!) that people avoid disturbing the banks much but there was not an easy way for my dog to get out of the pond. He likes to retrieve a toy, so this requires many water entrances (easy) and exits (less easy), and once it became clear he was going to choose to trample on the banks during his exits, we had to stop playing.

This was honestly one of the best campsites we have ever been to. Liam and his family were so kind and very communicative. We loved swimming in the pond and the pool! Both were very maintained. My dogs had the best time as well. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend camping here!

I loved tent camping at the creek site. The sound of the creek was the sweetest lullaby. Secluded, everything walkable. Super dog friendly, Milo loved the pond and creek! Having heated bathrooms and a community center with warm water was beautiful. Just enough amenities. Host’s were amazing and so sweet! We cannot wait to come back.

We absolutely loved camping at Muddy Myst. The pond is gorgeous and great for floating around in. The bathroom and common areas are thoughtful and have everything you need. The best part was falling asleep to the sound of frogs each night. We will definitely be back.

Lovely wooded spot with a fantastic pond…we had such a wonderful weekend with our extended family in the two campsites. Amenities were better than we had anticipated—what a treat! We are already thinking about when we can go back!

The land is beautiful with lots of birds, different insects, deer, and other critters sure to be seen. Everything is clearly marked and labeled which makes the stay very easy. The cabin is perfect and super cozy, and the pool is always great. We love staying here!

Cozy, clean and beautiful cabin. A unique experience and opportunity to be in nature ... waking up to bird sounds and cleanest air, taking the walks to the ponds and watching the wildlife in nature's perfect pace, the gorgeous sunsets. It is a remarkable place and there are never the right words to describe it.
