Come and enjoy an 8 acre tree farm located near Lebanon, Oregon. We purchased this property in 2019. This is a tree farm with 1000+ planted Christmas trees. We put in campsites, a cabin, a barn loft, and a fire pit. We offer these to guests when not being used by our family and friends. Wildlife includes deer, turkey, and quail & 3 active beehives. Guests are welcome to fresh eggs from the chicken coop. We are fully fenced and gated for your family and pets protection. South Santiam River is less than 1 mile for fishing, kayaking, or rafting. Foster reservoir is 30 minutes away and Green Peter Reservoir is 45 minutes away for boating, swimming, and fishing. There is a loop exercise trail that circles the property and offers 30-degree climbs. You can also play games inside or basketball outside. We thought it would be great to have family gatherings and get togethers here and think of this as our slice of heaven, and hope others enjoy it as well.

This is a cabin that sleeps up to 6 on our 8-acre tree farm. It has a queen log bunk bed and a queen log bed. It has lights and electricity. It has heat but no air conditioning and no plumbed water. WIFI TV provided. Its location is under a large maple tree so it keeps cool in the Summer. Our outhouse is 50 ft away. Guests can use the Barn amenities from 8 am to 9 pm. Amenities include kitchen, bathroom, shower, laundry, and a fridge. Wifi is available property-wide. Potable water available. We are 12 miles or 15 minutes off Interstate 5. We charge EV vehicles.

The Barn Loft is a private room located on our 8-acre tree farm located 2 miles from Lebanon Oregon. It has 1 King log bed and 1 Queen log bed. It has heat and A/C. There is Satellite and Netflix on a 65' plasma TV. Wifi is available property-wide. The loft has a private toilet, a small refrigerator, cooktop, and sink. We also have dog kennels for your fur family to stay in if needed. Due to direct access to a tall stairway, this loft is not suitable for young children. Barn is full guest area, with complete cooking area, laundry, shower, pantry, refrigerator, and games for entertainment. Large tables with seating for 10+. Dry cabin is 16x12+porch with double bunk bed and queen bed... can sleep 6 if they like each other. Has WIFI TV and is heated. NO AC. Outhouse 50ft away. Cabin is situated in RV campground area and is shaded. Has picnic table and umbrella. cabin is powered by extension cord and has 15 amp service. Firepit is centrally located and 6ft diameter. Wood provided. Extreme fire conditions could hamper fire size or having a fire, but not common and I only recall 3 days of no private recreational fires allowed. Common sense will always dictate the fire situation. We can charge EV vehicles if you bring a charger. Football, basketball + hoop, ladder ball, cornhole, and badminton are available. I have 3 kayaks for rent and transport them to and from the nearby lakes. I would highly suggest a visit before booking.

Available from 8 am to 9 pm, campers can use the heated barn, a shared common area with a real shower, kitchen, and laundry room. You have your choice of 2 RV sites and multiple tent sites. Picnic table & a group fire pit with firewood provided. Wildlife includes deer, turkey, and quail & 3 active beehives. Guests are welcome to fresh eggs from the chicken coop. We are fully fenced and gated for your family and pet's protection. Play games inside or Basketball outside. There is a loop exercise trail that circles the property and offers 30-degree climbs. This is not flat land. South Santiam River is less than 1 mile for fishing, kayaking, or rafting. Foster reservoir is 30 minutes away and Green Peter Reservoir is 45 minutes away for boating, swimming, and fishing. The best-fitting campers will have tents or RVs LESS than 30ft in length and towed with either a 4x4 or AWD vehicle. Upon reserving, we ask that you please let us know what you will be camping with (tent, trailer, or motorhome and sizes). We have fresh water available and 20 amp electricity. Roads are paved and graveled but steep. 1 week stay maximum. We are 12 miles or 15 minutes off Interstate 5. We charge EV vehicles.

This place is amazing. Check-in was easy, Mike helped us hook up electrical. You can walk the entire property, it’s all fenced in. The lower barn is open during day for all visitors. Coffee maker ( and coffee), hot plate, large toaster oven. A refrigerator. They have archery, basketball, etc available. Also flushing toilet and hot shower, dish sink, washer/dryer. Campfire was waiting for us when we got up in the morning. Also, a visit from the dogs! They have chickens! Plenty of wildlife, and very peaceful. Thanks for an amazing time.

The Bunkhouse Cabin at CTF

The cabin was warm and comfortable but I didn’t enjoy using the outside toilet in the night . There was access to the barn which had cooking facilities and a toilet and shower . But they were really dog friendly and my dog had the great is time being able to roam free. The hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. There was internet and a tv in the cabin

Camping at CTF

Cool spot. Like the layout and options of staying. Kiki the farm cat is very friendly Would gladly go back if passing through the area. Seems like a great spot to have a mini gathering with friends and family, the communal set up and amenities is very well thought out and planned.

Camping at CTF

I don’t typically write reviews, but Mike went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, including putting a canopy over our tent when we were away and it started raining. The campsites were nice and clean, and the barn has so many wonderful amenities, such as a hot shower. Thanks for making it a wonderful stay!
