Welcome to our Oasis on Harmon Creek! We'd love to have you come and camp with us! Feel free to peruse our Hipcamp page and check out all of our current site offerings. (We also have a tiny house that is rented off of Hipcamp-- just message to inquire of availability.) Festival season is fast approaching, and we are centrally located for you to take advantage of all the fun festivities! Sites are already booking fast, and we don't want anyone to miss out on the fun! Please respect our land by not bringing firewood from off-site and burning it here. We are a working farm that allows camping, not a campground. Our native trees and crops could easily be devastated by outside diseases or pests that are carried in firewood. We offer firewood for sale from our farm (delivered to your site for no additional fee). You do NOT have to purchase it prior to your arrival, and we have large tubs too! Our STORE offers firewood, meats, eggs, Tallow, lard (both rendered right here!), drinks, Amish ice cream and jams/jellies/preserves, hammocks, hammock chairs, smoked dog bones, soaps (made right here), rentals of: cast iron cookware, a tent, Coleman stove, fishing poles, ... and MUCH MORE! Please note that all our sites are reserved with a one vehicle limit. Some sites are large enough to accommodate additional vehicles but each additional vehicle will incur a $10 per night charge. Free parking for additional vehicles is located at the office/store. Looking for a camping experience with a little luxury to boot? Look no further than our Oasis at Harmon Creek Farms! You can drive right up to most sites, weather permitting. You will have access to a fire ring and picnic table (located at each site), firewood for sale on site (please do not bring firewood from off-site), clean well water (located near the pond), the creek to explore, our stocked pond to fish, and wooded trails to hike. Once roamed by Native Americans and now farmed by the same family for over 6 generations, Harmon Creek Farm is a working farm of over 160 acres. Peace, quiet, tranquility and privacy are overflowing along the creek, and hiking throughout the hills on the backside of the farm (and on the other side of the creek) leads to interesting and abundant flora and fauna. The stocked, spring fed pond is 'brimming" with angler challenges🎣 Our cows, pigs, sheep, donkeys, chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits and llamas are all eager to meet you, as are we! Site 10 is located at the opposite end of camp and has an easy, alternative access road off Watkins Rd. It is drive up by truck or SUV with adequate ground clearance.  The creek frontage is long and includes a beach area where you can put your camp chairs in the water and cool your feet, as well as a deeper area to float or swim in. The entire area is predominately sand with many trees (it's heavily shaded) for your hammocks as well.  You can drive right up to most sites, weather permitting. You will have access to: a fire ring and picnic table at your site, clean drinking water, the creek to explore, animals to pet and our pond to fish. Forgot something? (For our returning guests, this is the old Site 5) Site 7 is on the creek, is more remote, and requires a vehicle with ample bottom clearance (preferably 4wd), but it is SO worth it for the beach area alone. ;) It is wooded providing privacy and easy hammock or tensile tent camping as well. You will have access to: a fire ring and picnic table at your site, clean drinking water, the creek to explore, animals to pet and our pond to fish. Site four is about 50 yards beyond Site three, which is perfect for families traveling together but in need of separate space. It is creek front with trees on each side and additional area for parking across the farm road. New gravel on the farm road makes it more accessible by non-4wd, even after heavy rain; however, we do not recommend the use of low to the ground vehicles. You will have access to: a fire ring and picnic table at your site, clean drinking water, the creek to explore, animals to pet and our pond to fish. (For our returning guests, Site 9 is the old Site 7 :) Site 9 is on a high creek bank with 2 areas for tents, along with parking at the entrance to it. It is further from the common area, but an easy 3 minute drive around to the bath house, store, pond, and potable water. It has trees for shade and a grassy area. With it's high bank, it is unsuitable for small children. Site 7 is easily accessed through a farm road near our sheep barn. You will have access to: a fire ring and picnic table at your site, clean drinking water, the creek to explore, animals to pet and our pond to fish. We have firewood for sale on site. "Back Site" is situated on the back of the meadow between sites 1 and 2. It is wonderful for those looking for Seclusion and shade, has lots of trees for hammocks, and is not far away from the creek, pond, potable water and bathhouse. It is flat and grassy, which makes it perfect for tents or small camping vehicles, and has a separate access to the common area (pond, store, and bathhouse).

Site two is our original first campsite, a favorite among our repeat guests, and is closest to our store and bathhouse. It has a grassy area for pitching your tent, and a beach area for playing on the creek. Perfect for families, this site will accommodate multiple shelters or tents, has lots of trees for hammocks, and is large enough for your vehicle.  This site has an access drive through it to get to and from site 1, which is approximately 100 yards away. If booking  a large group, book sites 1 and 2, then add up to 10 additional campers per site. There's plenty of room for 6 or more tents between them!  You will have access to: a fire ring and picnic table at your site, clean drinking water, the creek to explore, animals to pet and our pond to fish. The old Site 11- now LH1 is located on a small creek (Little Harmon) that dumps into the larger Harmon creek approximately 50 yds away. This site is farthest from our store and common area (approx. 1 1/2 mile away) but is remote, large, and drive up regardless of weather. Perfect for self-contained campers and/or large groups, It is flat and heavily treed for great hammock camping, and is perfect for campers who prefer complete isolation and who love to hike through the woods. It has easy access to our "back forty" with great hiking and nature observations. :) You will have access to: a fire ring and picnic table at your site, and clean drinking water, the creek to explore, animals to pet, our pond to fish, and our farm store at the common area. Site 3 is our newest creek front site, and is now the closest creek front site to the bath house/ common area. Located at the bottom of the hill from the store, it is easily accessible without 4wd, although we do not recommend low riding vehicles due to the unevenness of the gravel. The site is heavily mulched for a soft base for a tent, but can accommodate pop-up and tear drop campers as well. The creek access is easy and there is plenty of creek to explore without encroaching on other campers since the next nearest site is approximately 500 feet down the creek.

Just like the description, at night you may hear a sporadic random loud truck from the road a mile away but not often enough to be a nuisance. Water level was low, perfect for sitting on the provided plastic chairs.

We had a wonderful time camping for our son’s 7th birthday! It was the perfect spot to camp with young children. We picked a site close to the farm store, bath house and pond. Our kids loved all Cheryl’s farm had to offer. Fishing, playing in the creek, visiting the farm animals and even ice cream and popsicles and ice cream from the farm store. Was a convenient little overnight stay!

Loved the entire place. The hosts are so sweet and caring they really want you to enjoy your stay. I recommend staying here. It was peaceful the site was perfect. The donkey laughing in the morning made my day! If you want rustic amc primitive out of three way in nature camping but close enough to grab a coffee or groceries this is the place for you! We plan on coming back for sure! My dog already misses swimming in the creek!

This was such a peaceful location! The site was tucked away in the woods and the sounds of the creek running and the birds chirping made for a very relaxing stay! Unfortunately it rained on and off while I was there, but I did get to see the chickens, cows, and got to feed the donkey before the rain set in. Cheryl was very welcoming and gave me all the information I needed! Be sure to check out the Shore-Styers Mill Park waterfall right down the road!

We had a wonderful trip again this year. The rain caused us to stay at a different site than usual. We chose when we arrived and enjoyed Site 5. This was our 3rd time camping at Harmon Creek Farms, and I sincerely hope it won’t be our last. Our son met us for dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday and enjoyed exploring the creek for a bit before heading home. This is a wonderful place to stay, and you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. Nice property with creek, fire pit, and picnic tables. We never met Cheryl but we did meet her husband who showed us around the property and farm. They have a small store with meat, jams, honey, and other supplies. We bought sausage and chicken which were very good! They also have firewood and water/Gatorade. All in all, great stay, easy access with our 19 ft van and really peaceful secluded area.

Cheryl and family were awesome hosts! They were very understanding and flexible when our arrival time needed to change last minute. They guided us right to our spot when we arrived. The spot was as described and perfect for our camper setup. The property is fantastic and perfect for primitive camping. Camp sites are set apart enough to offer a decent amount of privacy. The public shower/bathhouse was a nice accommodation for the primitive camping but it would be nice if guests could make hot/cold adjustments in shower instead of just an on/off switch to turn on the water. They have several things in their onsite store to purchase that were very convenient and also help support the farm! Keep it local if you can right?! Their sausage was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

The family and I really enjoyed this campground. We were by the creek and had plenty of room and time alone. Also really enjoyed the donkey that we were able to feed our food scrubs too.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to unplug, relax, and make unforgettable memories, The Oasis at Harmon Creek Farms is it! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Our creekside campsite was peaceful, shaded, and the sound of the flowing water made it easy to forget about the stress of everyday life. The creek was the highlight of our trip, especially with the summer heat. We spent hours sitting in the cool water, and it was perfect for both kids and adults. The campsites are spacious and private, so you never feel crowded. The farm itself is beautiful, with friendly animals, a well-stocked camp store, and clean facilities. You can tell the owners truly care about their guests and take pride in keeping everything clean and well maintained. Their hospitality made us feel like family. This was one of the best camping trips we’ve ever had. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our next visit. If you’re thinking about booking here, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it. We can’t wait to come back!

Cheryl was a phenomenal host, we had a really nice shady spot in woods behind the farm, had our own private drive on our site near the creek. It was just a 4 minute walk up to the store, bath house (which was actually really nice), and the pond. The water was a little low and murky due to the drought they were having, but still managed to catch 5 bass and a bluegill that had to be 3/4 of a lb (that's a stud). They also had a really nice farm and lots of different animals you could pet and feed. At their store they offer a great variety of freshly butched meats and produce the get from the farm (cash is king). Their salted bacon was some of the best bacon I'd ever had and don't even get me started on the fresh ice cream they get from a nearby farm.Five minutes down the road is a nice little waterfall you can take the kids for the afternoon with easy access parking off the side of the road. We had a great time long story short and would definitely come back again.

Cheryl is a gem and her property is a beautiful, special place! Site 1 is perfect for large groups and my friends and our dogs and I enjoyed playing in the creek and fishing in the pond. We appreciate the camp store with goodies and great prices. Cheryl was very responsive and communicative. we will be back !!!

This place is lovely. We enjoyed every moment we were there. Everyone we met was so nice, we felt like a part of the family. The property is very well maintained with all of the amenities described. Thank you for making our birthday/Father’s Day/rest weekend so enjoyable! We came home well rested and refreshed.
