Great spot for our overnight stay. Plenty of space. Stayed on site 4 which was the best size for our 23ft van.
Loved staying there. Fantastic View, and very private. Enjoyed being greeted by the horse on arrival and departure each day.

Great location, close to town but very private. We stayed at Site 1 which had a gradual slope that took a bit of creative levelling but was certainly large enough. We will be back and would definitely recommend.

Perched on a hillside, this spot rewards you with incredible views of city lights, breathtaking scenery while still enjoying a private rural campsite. Extra thanks to our camp host Emma! Loved our stay here, definitely recommend. 👍
Nice property with sweeping views of beautiful farmland. Good signage and directions to come in off the road and to find your site. Very large grassy sites. Peaceful and quiet. We were the only campers there so it might be different with other campers around. We had site 4, which is the last site. You have to drive past the other sites to get to site 4. Depending on where you camp on the site it might feel intrusive with others driving in and out. As others have said, the sites are on a slope. We tried to find the flattest part of the site for the van. We raised one side of the van as far as we could with the airbags and got the van close to level. Definitely recommend for anyone who prefers to have open space around them. There are council reserves in town that allow free overnight camping, but they didn't feel very safe. We felt very safe here.

Very peaceful and safe. Easy find. Road in has massive washouts cos of all the rain and yes as known prior hard to get level even with gear. Also tap for water was not working. Not a massive issue at all. Otherwise happy 😊

The view was amazing and the time we were there was fireworks!
The drive to site 1 was steep and dips in the drive way. Site 1 is on a hill with a decline so had trouble getting caravan level.

The views were wonderful. Only 4 sites so very private.
The land is very slopey, so we weren't able to level the van.

I have stayed here several times with no issues. The location is very safe and not too far away from Wagga CBD. All sites are on sloping ground, make sure you have the equipment to level you camper. A great place to watch the stars at night!

Lovely quiet spot. Private sites. Yes, the ground has a slight slope but nothing that our Black Jack and some chocks couldn’t handle.

Not really suitable for a motor home. Sites are not flat and track in was not ideal for our MH.
Communication was great from Emma and would recommend for other self contained vehicles.
We stayed on site 4 which is right down the end, other sites would require the other campers driving past you each time. The sites are very large and well spaced out, all taking in the amazing view. In saying that, we were the only ones camped there! Site 4 is more private and definitely the most level site. We have airbags in our van and it still took us a while to find the best spot and level it out. But once we got set up we loved the place, beautiful views, no noise and close to drive into town. We would recommend and stay again if we were in the area. And it's dog friendly which is a bonus.
Stayed on site 4 which was huge! Sunrise and Sunsets were out of this world and the breeze was amazing. Only issue was no potable water but the neighbour Lindsay spotted us and helped out.

It was a beautiful view and close to Wagga. As described, it is on a slope so you just have to make sure you ca level out.

There is an amazing sunset view from the camp. It's lovely and peaceful in the field and it's only 5 mins from Wagga. Great camp.

We booked this hipcamp because the write up sounded great. We are travelling Australia full time, with a fully off road set up. We were allocated site 1. We couldn’t find the site and no number to call, so messaged and were told the sign had fallen off but gave us directions to the site. Site 1 is small and not level! It is on the side of a hill! We were unable to level the caravan and had an awful night. Paid for 2 nights but left after 1. Informed host we did not enjoy the site, was told the weather couldn’t have helped! Nope! It was the un level site! No offer of refund, not that we wanted one, but would have been nice! We’ve stayed at heaps of hipcamps, this has been the worse.
Fantastic view of Wagga City at night. Easy access to the property with a short (about 2kms) dirt road and driveway. All four sites require some juggling with levelling. You will need your ramps! Best feature - Very, very private!

We stopped here for a quick overnight camp on our way back to QLD. The property is well kept and has wonderful views of sunrise and sunset. The host was very welcoming and friendly.
Site 4 is larger than the other sides and is reasonably level. However, you’ll need to leave the caravan. This side is also very private compared to the others.

beautiful views and private enough that we could enjoy our time together as a couple. only downside were the random people across the horse paddock shooting goats and doing target practice later on in the pitch black darkness. felt like i was in some horror movie. sunset and sunrise was beautiful though.

As other reviewers have stated, sites not level. We stayed on site 3 and found someone else’s holes dug for van tyres. Site 4 is probably the flattest. Sites very grassy also

We had the camp to ourselves and the rural outlook was lovely.
We had a great three night stay at Site 4. So peaceful and beautiful views. There was a small dip in the ground that we dropped one tyre into and then put the other tyre on a ramp so very easy to level up. Highly recommend!

Site 3 - Wagga Room with a View
We had a fantastic stay at Wagga Bundaleer! 🌿 The views were absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and scenic backdrop that made our time there extra special. We appreciated the easy access to drinking water, which was super convenient.
The site is located on a gentle slope, so some leveling is needed, but it’s nothing dramatic—just something to be aware of if you're setting up camp.
We’re already planning to come back 100%! It’s a great base for exploring Wagga Wagga and the surrounding areas. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and discover the region.
