It was great for my first trip with my son 11. Everything was exactly as advertised and more. Will definitely be returning next year and will certainly explore more of the 460acres of stunning woodland.

Very nice back-to-basics campsite. The pitches in the meadow are really well spaced out with wild grasses and flowers between them. Some pitches are half under trees with hammocks provided! Facilities are as basic as they get - 3 or 4 composting toilets, one gas powered shower in a sort of a little wooden shack, and one washing up station with cold water provided. If you're there at the end of Summer as we were, you'll be able to pick your own blackberries from right next to your tent, there's more than enough for everyone!

Very well organised and clean camp.
Philippa and her husband were welcoming and helpful.
We stayed in one of the bells which were comfortable and large enough for two adults and two children.

Really well spaced and sized plots in a beautiful wildflower meadow. Hosts are welcoming, thoughtful when spacing guest dogs, and generous with their local tips when asked. There are a few well-built compost toilets scattered around the site.

Beautiful campsite, quiet, in touch with nature, really friendly owners who helped us out on a rainy day. We traveled by bycicle with our 2 children and had a great time, and stayes 2 nights.
