A very pleasant, big farm with a great gathering area for group cooking in an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor dining tent. The best part is the stunning trail down through steep forests to an incredible river beach where you can easily spend a day lost in nature, water, and trees!

This was our last, unplanned but unbelievable stop on our long road trip from Redondo Beach California to Seattle to celebrate my mom's 101st birthday. The host and his wonderful girlfriend were more than accommodating and the high of our trip was the breathtaking view of the night stars. Looking forward to coming back through here soon.

We had an unbelievable but unplanned stop here on the way to Seattle to celebrate my mom's 101st birthday. The host was super accommodating and the High Point of our entire road trip from the Redondo Beach Was watching the night stars

Stargazer is so lovely. This is a working farm, with the most peaceful meadow to camp beside. I will definitely be back!

Stargazer Farm Camp
We stayed at Stargazer Farm along with 4 other families (11 adults and 8 kids all 6 and under), and had a great time. A few things should be noted though. While there are are bathrooms to use, there is no shower for campers to use. Dogs need to be cleared before booking. And finally, the river is "nearby", but you need to hike about 20+ minutes down a rather steep, and at times hard to follow, treacherous trail (fit adults are fine, but it was a bit tricky with young children). The river itself was gorgeous, and worth the hike on a hot day, but be aware before setting out. Billy was very welcoming, brought us firewood to the fire pit, and chatted with anyone who had questions about the farm.

Stargazer Farm Camp
My family had a wonderful weekend at Stargazer Farm Camp! Very chill, lovely view, accommodating and friendly host (Billy). Amenities (fire pit, water, toilet facilities, tables and for picnicking) were fabulous, and the nearby beach/river access was wonderful. Clean sand, great little swimming venue. Very relaxing!

Great camping spot with super easy access to Portland. Billy and his girlfriend were great hosts. We are definitely planning to come back! word to the wise – ask for directions to the beach. :)

Stargazer Carriage House
The Stargazer Farm is a beautiful piece of land not too far from Portland that makes for a great escape from the city. During your stay you can treat yourself by harvesting fresh produce that you are able to pick yourself straight from the farm grounds! The farm uses much of this same produce to supply some of Portland's top restaurants! The owner, Billy, is extremely kind and friendly, and he will ensure that you have a fantastic stay. He is also a great source when it comes to recommending hiking trails/activities on and near the farm!

Stargazer Carriage House
Our experience at Stargazer was incredible! Billy was an awesome host, full of happiness, stories, and is deeply passionate about sharing his love for sustainable agriculture. He was also an extremely accommodating and gracious. Our only complaint is that we wish we had more time to spend there! The Carriage House is homely, comfortable, and has super-nice amenities. Honestly, I can't remember the last time I slept that well :)

Stargazer Carriage House
Stargazer is seriously out of a dream. The detail of the Carriage House is impeccable. The property and views are completely serene. Billy (the owner) is awesome and so welcoming. He had a fire going for us when we arrived! If you love to be in nature and the idea of foraging for our own veggies sounds like an adventure - it doesn't get any better than this! We will definitely be back very soon and we highly recommend!

I ended up ariving after sunset, and Billy was nice enough to let me use the guest house as opposed to having to set up my camp in one of the tent spots at night, which was awesome! it's a beautiful area, and I would definately come back if the opportunity presented itself.
