Conveniently located with easy access to Western New York, we’re just over an hour from Buffalo, about 1.5 hours from Rochester, and only 25 minutes from Olean. Our property is surrounded by state land, including the nearby Coyle Hill State Forest and, a bit further out, the stunning Allegheny State Park.
