Camp Trinity
After driving up and down the road we finally found it
The sigh was painted on a tree faced away from the tiny RV spots
First we could not pull in let alone turn around.
Secondly two dogs came running and barking at our vehicle. Our dog then got very upset.
Next, the water was broken so lawn hoses were strewn on the driveway.
We left. We would appreciate our money back.
Please contact us immediately as this is the second attempt to set this right.

Beautiful campsite that felt secluded. Only had one neighbor and he was very kind! The sunset every night was absolutely breathtaking every evening. They also had plenty of fire logs for us to use which was very convenient. I would definitely camp there again.

Great location. Minutes from downtown. Great communication with the host while we stayed. When we arrived we were given the option to park in the new spot. Gravel just laid. Great spot and provided more separation from the other spot. Super close to West Glacier entrance. Busy road so make sure if you have little ones to watch them closely. Other than that I recommend this place.

My wife and I stayed at Camp Trinity for 3 days and 2 nights. We had a great time! Our main attraction to her property was the close proximity to Glacier National Park, as well as the ample shade. While other reviews do note that you will have to back your camper into the property from a road, we found that the road wasn't busy at all. As long as you can get backed out of the road in a reasonable amount of time you'll have lots of space inside of the property itself to get parked just right.
We found the campsites to be clean, had great water pressure for our camper, and were very quiet. There are a total of 2 spaces available, and they're a good distance apart, providing great privacy. Trinity was super friendly and very accommodating! Her cute and friendly pups were a bonus too. :)
The town of Columbia Falls has everything you need to stock up for your stay as well! It's not too touristy, but there is a great bar downtown that had live music both nights we were in town.
Overall if you're planning on exploring Glacier or the Flathead Lake area, I highly recommend Camp Trinity.

This was a great spot for us. The location is central to everything - Glacier National Park, Kalispell, Flathead Lake and Whitefish. Trinity was very friendly, greeted us when we first arrived, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns and had a great recommendation for a fun lake to paddleboard. We would definitely recommemd this spot.

Arriving the campsite after dark was a challenge due to the address on the roadside sign in black against a low contrast back board. This should not be a problem during daytime. The host was very helpful getting us situated even so late at night. Needless to say, arrival during the daylight hours is recommended to respect the host and the neighborhood. The campsite is in peaceful forested residential area.
Light sleep camper may find the train sound bothering, but I did not find it as an issue because of the daytime heavy activity promoting me to sleep deeper.
The site does not offer sewage but a public dump station (Mike’s Of Columbia Falls, Conoco gas station) is within a 5-minute drive with a small charge ($5 for us at the time).
Daily elk (deer?) and birds sightings brought closer sense to nature in the residential area. The host’s super friendly dogs’ visits made it very welcoming. They are very sweet and gentle.

Our family of 4 adults (2 in a tent & 2 in the RV) enjoyed the space & convenience of Trinity’s Hipcamp - the road noise & train were not an issue. The dogs a delight, the elec & water divine! Close to Glacier & shopping was part of the deal. Thanks Trinity!

We loved staying at Trinity’s place! It was private with only one other spot next to us. It was really convenient to get to Whitefish and Glacier as it was a great midpoint. Right next to a great golf course too. And best of all, Trinity’s pups and my dog got along swimmingly! Thank you for the stay!

I recommend staying at camp Trinity as long as you understand a few things. The host was excellent to work with, replied promptly, and even worked with us to accommodate an extra vehicle. The location was very convenient with water and power for each site. Further, there’s a grocery store nearby and the proximity to Glacier, Kalispell, and Whitefish is nice. The only negatives are some noise from the nearby road, Kalispell airport, neighbor dogs, and train. These weren’t an issue when inside the trailers, but were noticeable when sitting at the picnic tables. Overall, a good base to explore the area.

The good: The site was very clean and well maintained. It had new picnic tables, fire pits, nice grass and even shade umbrellas. The location was a great central hub to do all kinds of things in the area. It was easy to get to and there was a big grocery store just a few minutes away. The cost was very reasonable as it did have water/power hookups(even some free firewood!). The host was super friendly and came out to greet us despite getting in after 10pm. We booked both sites and she also let my parents park for free with their truck camper so our whole family could stay together. They let us do our thing and didn’t hover. Great hosts!!
Stuff to know before you book: This is off a pretty busy road and there are train tracks close by. So if your a light sleeper you may want a sound machine. The train whistle blows and the trains are frequent. In addition there is a plant of some sort nearby that has trucks backing up to it through the night and you can hear the backup beeper. There are also some semi noisy neighbors right next door. There are also quite a few dogs. They stayed behind the fence for the most part but did wander into our camp sites off and on. They were very sweet, friendly dogs but if you have a dog you should be aware.. They did bark off and on but not too bad.
If you are planning on only booking one of the two sites then just know the other site is quite close. We had two 20ft campers and we were about 20 ft apart. So if your looking for privacy then this isn’t the spot for you.
You have to back into the sites from the main rd. And since it’s a busy road you have to be kind of quick and efficient. It wasn’t a problem for us since we are very experienced.
Overall, it was inexpensive, clean and great if you just need a central place to stay. If your someone who likes to hang out at camp the whole time then you may not like it as much.
