Description

“Can you hear me now?” Nope, not at all—because there’s not a single bar of cell phone coverage in these secluded parts. Encompassing nearly eighty-acres of pristine flora and fauna, Potosi Campground and Picnic Area is geared toward the minimalist backpacker. But, hey, at least there’s drinking water available!

Potosi Campground was quiet and scenic. Most of the sites have enough space between neighbors. The host was very friendly and dogs are allowed but on leash only. There is a natural hot spring pool within hiking distance, however, we did not have time to explore that.
