Description

Set on the south end of Wilson Lake, Minooka Park Campground is named for the Otoe Native American word meaning “Good Earth”. As it turns out, with its scenic lake views, it’s totally deserved. Serving up primo shoreline access, you’ll never run out of aquatic activities, but if you don’t have your lake legs you can always check out Prairie Fire Trail, a self-guided interpretive trail. South side, south side, we gon’ set this party off right. Don’t party too hard though. Let’s keep Wilson Lake’s claim to fame as “the clearest lake in Kansas.”
