Campers will stay in the pastures.  The property has running streams, plenty of shade and sun and access to a giant fire pit and a Tarzan swing.  When the owners have time, they may even let you ride the zipline.  Two horses are on the property so feel free to give them a carrot...but just one please.

My friend and I loved this spot. Spacious property, giant fire-pit, super fun rope swing, manicured but soft lawn, rolling hills, incredibly friendly but pleasantly aloof horses, and of course there's a natural spring running through the property.

Our uber helpful host gave us a quick tour, recommending several spots to set up tents. We stayed in a field right across a small but scenic bridge. We could easily see the stars, and the nearby trees offered the right amount of shade. Overall, I highly highly recommend.

We were on a road trip from Florida to western North Carolina, and this was an absolute perfect stop. On future trips I'll realistically check for availability again!

Beautiful property, quiet and relaxing but still close to town. Awesome rope swing, zip lines, horses, creek, fire pit, and soft ground for camping. Very nice host. Would definitely visit again.
