WHOA!!!! The Treehouse was so much better than I could have imagined!!! They had everything you could ever need for cooking / a smoker / a grill / huge fire pit for you and your family or your friends or both! they had plenty of lodging and it'd would be a great winter camping as well with plenty of space to set up tents.
I have to say the treehouse was more than just a place to stay. They had build in adult like treehouse uniqueness to it. I'll leave this to your imagination and let you experience on your own but I loved discovering all the unique treehouse vibes around each corner. (you can see them in my pictures too ha)
I will definitely recommend and stay here again!
This secluded treehouse is nestled deep in the Floridian forest. A true treehouse, this tiny cottage is suspended up in the trees among the birds. The property has a playful feel to it, with a climbing tree, fireman’s pole, and rope ladder. The treehouse décor curated by Sara adds a magical, homey touch. By day, roam the property, enjoy the view from the treehouse porch, or visit one of the many nearby cold springs. At night, turn on the twinkle lights and gather around the fire. This rental includes a rustic cabin that sleeps four, and the treehouse sleeps four as well which means the property is perfect escape for groups (up to eight). The site is totally private with a full-functioning kitchen, an indoor and outdoor shower, and a flush toilet. Outside there is a large fire pit, a smoker, and hammocks hung under the forest canopy. Sara was incredible sweet and took great care of us during our stay. Highly recommend this treehouse playground escape!
Absolutely beautiful place! The cabin and treehouse is amazing! A nice quite peaceful place to enjoy with family and friends! The owners are great responding and meeting our needs. Thank you Sara! I had a great time!
Holy cow. This place is amazing!! I stopped for the night while driving from North Carolina down to the Sarasota area, but really, this is a place to stay for more than one night, and definitely with some friends or a loved one. It's a paradise for the young-at-heart, with countless ways to explore and play. My personal favorite was the rope ladder, but if you're more in the mood for low-key relaxation, there are plenty of cozy nooks to curl up in. Also, I may be a bit of a neo-luddite, but I didn't miss having WiFi one bit. Thank goodness there are still places to get away from it!
This place was way more than I imagined! In looking for a new camping getaway for disconnecting from lives everyday.....I came across this treehouse which was super inviting. It had me at treehouse! We surprised the kids and it was worth every $! The place is fully accommodating but the best part was the enviroment. The feel it gives you of freedom and the bonding time with my children was amazing! There are games galore, breathtaking nature, awesome decor and the scent of the cabin is sooo delightful! I could come here alone or with a group. The only complaint I have in staying here is that I didn't want to leave!!! Sara also went above and beyond in making sure we were returned our bible we left!! May this place always be available for anyone who needs a retreat. I highly recommend this place with a 20 ⭐ rating!!! Thanks from our family to yours!
To start, this place is amazing! When we visited it was very chilly around 50 degrees so we started A fire in the large fire pit. The decorative log pieces with solar lights were the perfect touch. The treehouse is something you definitely have to experience because the last time I did something like that was when I was 6 years old, how cool! It has A large porch on the backside and the inside boasts A queen bed on the main floor and A single bed in the loft. Waking up here was fantastic. After A short stroll down the steps or more convientietly A fire pole (how cool for Firefighters like me) you arrive at the main Cabin. The first impression brings you back to A simpler time. Wanna cook breakfast and look at nature? No problem you can do that! Wanna shower outside? No problem you can do that too!! Overall it was A blast for the three days we stayed here. The fenced in property was great for our little puppy to run around while we hung out. I will definitely be coming back, Thanks Sara!!!
This treehouse and cabin retreat are one of a kind! It was a truly unique getaway with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere..... just what we needed. It was super clean and tidy when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and inviting every evening and the outdoor shower was super invigorating each morning. I enjoyed the hammock while my husband cooked some awesome ribs on the smoker. This property is also dog friendly which we really appreciated for our kids. They absolutely loved chasing the geckos and squirrels around and we didn’t have to worry because they were fenced in. We left the place as we found it and will definitely be back next year. The owners have set it up great and are easy to be in contact with.
We had an amazing time! The cabin, tree house, property and location nestled in the woods far exceeded our expectations. You will keep busy on the property, but if you want to venture out here are some recommendations. Check ou Cedar Key (only 45 minutes drive from camp, but seemed shorter with all the scenery). We took a stroll through the town and checked out Cedar Key Museum State Park and Cedar Key Scrub State Preserve. On our way back to camp we stopped at Manatee Springs State Park and swam in the beautiful spring. Besides the spring being amazing we saw lots of Manatees! We also stayed close to camp and went for a stroll on the Nature Coast State Trail. There is an entrance on SR 349, just before you get to SR 19. It’s a short stroll to the bridge that over looks the Suwannee River or if you are felling really adventurous or have bikes continue down the trail for miles of scenery. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
