Guests have access to a designated parking area suitable for vans, small campers, and vehicles under 30 feet, as well as a private meadow where you can pitch your own tent and create your ideal camp setup. Whether you're traveling in a camper van, sleeping under the stars, or using our property as a basecamp for adventure, you'll find plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Shared amenities include a wood-fired sauna, outdoor kitchen, hot outdoor shower, grill, fire pit, covered seating area, and running water. After a day of hiking, biking, fishing, or exploring nearby Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, enjoy an evening by the fire, a sauna session beneath the stars, or a quiet walk through the meadow as the sun sets behind the mountains.
The property is split in half by a creek. On one side you have parking, shared bathhouse, kitchen and common area. On the other side is the tent site. The walk from the parking area and bathhouse is 3 minutes or 50 yards. Vehicle parking is next to kitchen and bathroom amenities. The property is home to a small homestead and working herbal farm.
Our location provides easy access to many of the area's most popular attractions. Grand Targhee Resort, the Teton River, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Jackson Hole, and the charming towns of Driggs and Victor are all within driving distance.
There is another vacation rental on the property, a small cottage for up to two guests. Guests share the main amenities and the tent site is private for HipCamp guests. We live on the property in a yurt and are available if needed, we respect our guests' privacy and aim to create a quiet retreat where you can enjoy the land at your own pace.
