At this site, you’ll find a large parking area and water tank for your ‘mane’ buddies, a 10-foot tying rail, a picnic table, access to water and nearby restrooms. I actually stayed at one of Group Campsites within the Equestrian Campground. The views were amazing! Each site has its own picnic table and fire ring, and the designated equestrian sites have water. The sites within the group camping area are nestled back a bit from the roadway in a cluster. They're actually each very private and I highly recommend booking them individually, if possible. They're separated enough that each feels like its own site. They're only grouped together by a small 'shared' area in the center. You're not able to drive up to these sites, so a bit of walking is required. There's plenty of site options for the equestrian sites and each boasts it's own unique view of the surroundings. Super stoked I made the trip out.
