Lots of wildlife in the park and had some Bison walking through the campground. There are many small trails to walk down to the river.

25 years ago I remember buffalo running through the camp ground at night and spook me in my sleep, only to wake up to the site of buffalo drinking from across the river. Wild buffalo, wild horses and just an awaking assortment of wild. Great park!
