My homestead is located on 4 1/2 acres of pastureland that currently have no animals. You will turn on Powell rd to reach the back portion. The camping spots are located on the back part of the property and along a refurbished shed that includes 1 added 30 amp plug; interior electric, clean well water delivery or hose filling in warmer months as well as a separately fenced area for visiting canines (Please only non-aggressive breeds unless leashed at your camp). My Golden has an invisible fence and is not allowed to visit campers unless permitted. Fires are only permitted and shared on the back patio of my home. Activities for fun on site include corn hole, firepit on lower patio along with a propane weber grill. Only 2-3 mile from Frontier Park and an electric bike ride to downtown to tour the museums, restaurants and shops. Currently, new to hip camp and refurbishing the house and exterior so The Shed will be a working/congregating space with refrigerator/freezer, electric cooktop and indoor space with a fan so folks can escape their cars/vans. Wi-Fi is also available in the shed and the surrounding camp areas toward the building. This was my dream come true property and I'm looking forward to sharing it with road warriors like me. Weather is forever changing here and clouds roll by fast leaving the most fabulous rainbows. I just ask that no fires of any kind be set at your site because the field is a fire hazard in the dry plains.

Each camper has approximately 800+square feet to themselves. This site is for the 30 amp plug hookup but does not have a water hookup. If no other camper’s the pasture is all yours. Campers are responsible for toilets and proper disposal. Guests are not to interact with the neighboring horses

Park and enjoy the quiet in a secluded spot of your own. You can enjoy the gas fire pit above the shed and grill on the propane grill. Please no fires due to winds and dry conditions Enjoy the view and visit with other campers and myself. I try to keep the pasture parking area cut but shoes are a necessity here. I also have 10 gallons of fresh water stocked in the shed for drinking and cooking along with an electric cooktop, microwave convection oven and toaster for all to use. Let your pups loose in the fenced area off the shed while you relax. I know what it's like on the road and will try to accommodate. There is one exterior plug on the back of shed that will give you 20 amps The shed also has an electric heater for chilly nights. Water fill ups, laundry and showers for a fee of $5 ea. Sorry, no dump site available. You are safe here and it's up to you on privacy or whether you want to visit. I have limited the parking to ensure each guest gets plenty of privacy. You are free to make your own site within the barbed- wire fenced pasture. There is a ton of western history in this area and beyond. So much to see downtown Cheyenne and museums galore. If you need a ride, just ask. I will surely try to accommodate you. Grocery stores and more are just 1 mile so it's a great place to rest and restock. You will feel like you're in the country, but you're within a few miles of anything you could need. Easy on and off the interstates. A red cattle gate will be at your entrance that is chained closed but not locked. Please open and close behind you. Just remember this was a pasture of horses, so you may find dried horse manure. I have not seen a snake but have tried to mitigate the mouse population in the shed. I've added a rear garage door that can protect you from the elements while gazing at the stars and rainbows. For a great local meal, I recommend T Joes on the East side of town near the truck stop. It's enough for 2 people or leftovers. Lights Out- 30amp plug

We loved 30 amp lights out. The spot was very nice and level which made set up easy. Allowing us way more time to enjoy the space. Michelle is a 10 out of 10, she knew all the local cheat codes and had a lot of valuable insights for the next leg of our trip. We will definitely save this as a favorite.

Great location. Lot is fairly level. Michelle is an awesome host. Very helpful and accommodating. I had truck issues on arrival and Michelle offered local mechanic shop. Lights out is a definite recommendation for anyone in my opinion. We will return in the future.

A beautiful great place to stay with an amazing, very warm, and kind hostess. Spots are mowed joined with a well thought lay out creating an open space feel. My spot had a 30amp plug in. Less than 4 miles away from CFD. Zero issues. I highly recommend whether your stay be just for one night or an extended trip.

Lights out was an incredible stay! We loved stargazing at night and watching the sunrise in the morning. Michelle was so nice and accommodating especially on our short notice! She made us feel safe and at home. Lights out gave incredible, peaceful, countryside vibes!

Arrived late and left at dawn on a road trip from OR to FL with my collie and our minivan. We were tired and just needed a safe quiet place to crash. The pasture was lovely and the host was responsive, kind, and accommodating of our short notice and ever-changing ETA. Would definitely recommend especially at the unbeatable price and convenient location!

Michelle gave me very clear directions to her house. I also asked for a place to walk my dogs and she gave me a perfect place. The site was a very large field I had all to myself, with an incredible sunset and sunrise. She also has a cute shed you can sit in and cook in if you want. She came out and greeted me to be sure I had everything I needed. This was a great stay and highly recommended it!

We finished our six week RV trip through Wyoming and Montana at Michele‘s place. Nice level area for RVs and tents. Michele does leave a lot of space between sites if you need to run a generator a little later it’s OK because you’re not on top of each other. Michele is a wonderful host and will do whatever she can to make her stay very relaxing, it’s also only 2 to 3 miles to frontier days rodeo stadium. I know we will visit with Michele again in the future. If you call her ahead of time, she will let you fill your water tanks, after you leave you can go to rest areas to the north or the south I25 to dump. Dave and Cathy from Colorado

We loved boondocking with our travel trailer here during Frontier Days. Sites were well spaced out and there were very nice common areas. Michelle was an amazing host that cheerfully welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Will be staying here again! A+++ host!
