Welcome to Camp Rendezvouz! We are in Wyoming, on Highway 287 between Fort Collins, CO. and Laramie, WY. When you book, make sure you are committed as we have a strict cancellation policy. We are making this campground more for families and family reunions, or friends that want to be together yet have your own space. It’s high with trees and rocks, beautiful views and amazing starry nights.  Camp sites 1 2 3 4 are fairly close together for a family or to circle the wagons. Very nice close hike to a creek. Camp site's 5 and 6 are secluded. They would be best for someone who is self contained, as they don’t have an outhouse nearby. Sites 7 8 9 have some seclusion. Site's 10 11 12 13 14 15 are perfect for families, where you can all be together but separate. We are a work in progress but we will try to accommodate anything you may need.  Please talk to us! We have firewood $7.00 per bag delivered to your campsite. Do not bring your own firewood. We don’t want more pine beetles and noxious weeds. More than 2 vehicles per site $10.00 per vehicle per night. A vehicle pulling a trailer counts as 1. A motor home pulling a car or trailer counts as 1. We look forward to hosting you!

Site 5 - Camp Rendezvous
Host greeted us, very friendly and flexible with check out time!! Site 5 was great, secluded and beautiful sunset with lots of stars. Would love to come back and check out the other sites. Bonus is you can walk around and see the cows and horses 🥰

Our family had a delightful time camping here. Robert met us at the gate and graciously took us to our site to help us settle in. We loved exploring the land, climbing boulders, and watching epic sunsets. The roaming animals were a nice surprise -- we woke up to horses and a donkey outside our tent one morning, creating a lot of joy for our daughters. When our car battery wouldn't start, Robert jumped to the rescue to help us out. We had a lot of unforgettable memories staying here, and we look forward to returning soon.

What a treat this weekend! The camp sites are some of our favorites with plenty of space to roam and play without bumping into your neighbors. The friendly farm dogs would come check on you from time to time and the horses and donkey would roam and were very friendly. The views were incredible. There is a little self-serve store with ground beef, fruits, veggies and snacks from the farm. We couldn't have been happier with this decision.

My partner and I booked super last minute and the hosts were very accommodating of that. We had a very quiet and peaceful night and spent the night with the company of some cattle a little ways away. Plus we had the delight of meeting one of the working dogs on her shift, which was the just sweetest surprise. We will definitely be back!

This was a great site. It is down in a draw, so we were out of sight of rest of campers. We received protection from the wind when a storm came through.

What a cool ranch this was! Once I arrived, Rob met me at the front office/ranch store (which had some fresh produce, camp essentials, and firewood) and led me along their scenic, winding dirt road through their land to the campsite. The land is covered in the most interesting, large rock formations and has many beautiful viewpoints. Aside from one or two vehicles passing by each day while I was there, it felt like I was alone on the prairie with the land and the big sky, and animals like cows, horses, antelope, birds, and some little critters scampering around. I took a day trip out to Medicine Bow National Forest to climb over Medicine Bow Peak, which was a stunning hike with great views about 45/60 minutes away. Overall a great stay and I’d be glad to visit again sometime.

Gorgeous, not very crowded, lots to explore, super easy to get to, and friendly hosts. BUT, after arrival, we were informed there was an EDM music festival on site. From about 4pm-4am we were subjected to booming bass and electronica. It was just barely enough to keep us awake, but still would’ve appreciated being informed before we arrived. That said, still a great experience.

Had a great experience camping here! The site was quiet, clean, and well maintained, with a porta potty close by that was also very clean. There were some horses and a donkey that I’m assuming were a part of the ranch that walked through our campsite one evening which was super cool. Beautiful star gazing at night!

The property was gorgeous and so peaceful! The people next to us did start smoking weed around 11ish which was a bummer with a small child but that isn’t a reflection of the property itself at all! Elyse was so helpful as well! We will definitely be back for future trips!

The ranch landscape is beautiful, with boulders & grassy hills and the whole area is very peaceful. The sites are pretty spread out, nothing like what you would get in a forest service or state campground! Porta potties were super clean and well stocked. Horses wandered by in the morning, adding to the rural ranch feel. We ended up staying only 1 of our 2 nights only because it was quite windy (we’re in a rooftop tent). It was a holiday weekend so most sites were full, but Robert kindly offered us another site with more protection that was available. We were planning to paddleboard at area reservoirs during the day, but the wind made that impossible, so we decided to just come home a day early. I would definitely book here again!

This is our second visit to this Hipcamp location. We enjoyed it very much and would like to return again next year. We did have two dogs visit us on the second night. We were informed by our neighbors that they are the working dogs of the owner and that there is a sign posted with the notice they roam around. They seem very sweet and friendly. It was quite disruptive for us, unfortunately. Our dog didn't care for the visitors so we had to keep an eye out for their return all evening and put her in the camper right away to avoid issues. The dogs kept trying to eat the food from our table as well. Again, seemed very sweet but made the second night a little hectic for us. If we didn't have a dog they really wouldn't have been a bother.

We had a great time at camp rendezvous! We stayed at campsite #5 and it has great wide open views with rock outcrops. Site 6 is on the other side of the rocks but is still very private and has a porta potty nearby by which is exceptionally clean. The site had plenty of room for 2 campers and easily accessible with any vehicle. We’ll definitely be back!

I think I've camped on Robert and Elyse's land 3 or 4 times now and it's amazing. Robert was super kind and welcoming upon our arrival, and my girlfriend commented that the port-o-potty nearby our site was one of the cleanest that she's ever seen. Make sure to stay up late for stargazing!

Nice place to stop at for the night on our travels. Sites are all spaced apart well unlike commercial campgrounds you don't have to worry about neighbors being too close including beautiful views, peace, and quiet. Well maintained dirt road with no issue getting our travel trailer in. A tad pricey for dry camping but had porta potties and was in a good location for where we were going.. Would stay again for sure if in the area!

We absolutely love camping here and have introduced friends and family to the property. All of which are in agreement that this is a beautiful and spacious location for camping! Many think of Wyoming as flat but this property is not. Plenty of hills, trees, and large boulders. If you're lucky and observant you may come across some deer (had some bucks and does this past weekend), and antelope the last couple of trips we've made! The hosts feel like family to us now💕. Robert and Elyse are very welcoming and quick to respond, should you have any questions or need anything, yet they are non intrusive. The private home is out of sight of nearly ALL of the campsites. No hookups but very clean port-a-potties spread out and within walking distance to your campsite. Highly recommend this property ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
