Beautiful view and wonderful hosts. The cabin was well built - we stayed cozy even on a very windy and cold night. Will definitely be back.

Blue Moon Cabin
Really beautiful spot! The cabin is the perfect size and well built. Huge windows overlook the view. You can’t see any neighbors which was perfect for us. Propane firepit was fantastic and Chas was a wonderful host! Very comfortable place - we hope to go back!

South Crow Cabin
Loved this cabin and this experience. It was my first time using Hipcamp so I was slightly concerned. Turns out this concern was for nothing! Chas was great, very helpful, availar and so nice. 10/10 highly recommend. Will definitely be back!!

Blue Moon Cabin
We had such a great stay at the Blue Moon Cabin! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was gorgeous and the cabin was very private. We really enjoyed the outdoor lounge area with the fire table. The outdoor shower was really a fun experience too! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time staying at the Crow cabin. It was so nice and warm and the hospitality was great. We appreciated being able to add on a shower and charcoal for the grill and only wished we could’ve stayed longer.

We (2 adults and my dog) stayed in South Crow cabin. This is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. It had everything we needed, was dog friendly, quiet and private unlike a hotel. The only negative was that we didn't have time to stay longer. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Great little cabin! We stayed there with 2 large dogs and had to do a bit of wrangling space wise but it was beautiful, quaint and has great views. Bring sturdy shoes, there's some sharp shale around the camp table and grill. They even have a long dog lead installed on the deck which we used a lot. The fire ring on the back deck made the evenings fun. A really great experience and the camp hosts couldn't be nicer or more helpful. I had a couple of issues that I was completely wrong about, and they tolerated me with kindness ;)

Blue Moon Cabin
This was our second stay and even better than last time! The area is gorgeous with all of the rock formations and the cabin is very cozy and welcoming. The fireplace is perfect for chilly nights and the mornings are gorgeous. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We will be back again!

Nicely done campsite with thoughtful ammenities, covered picnic tables , solar lights, toilet and grill stand. We stayed in our travel trailer but there are 2 sweet tiny cabins on the land that would be nice for a larger group. The rock outcrops and views were pretty and it was very convenient to I80.

Cabin was cozy and well designed. Highway can be seen and heard from behind the cabin, but the accessible acres of beautiful state land to roam nearby more than makes up for that. Chas was a friendly and informative host and we’d happily stay again. There was plenty of room for me, my partner and our large dog comfortably in the cabin. Waking up to the sunrise over the rocks was so peaceful.

We loved staying in South Crow Cabin! It is such a thoughtful design with stunning views. It’s easy to spend hours on the deck admiring the landscape. (We saw several elk and deer come through while we relaxed). The hosts went out of their way to greet us and show us how everything worked. We would gladly stay here again.

This place is simply the best. The view and property are unique, beautiful and so fun to explore. The cabin, bathroom and shower are thoughtfully created to allow comfort while also still enjoying the fun parts of camping. The cabin stayed very warm and cozy. They put so much work into the details to make sure you have all you need. There were even long leashes for dogs attached to the deck. The shower is a tankless water heater and gets very warm. We were able to shower comfortably in September outside and they made sure we always had water. Chas and his wife nicely waited up for us as we got in later than expected and took the time to make sure we were settled in. We really didn’t want to leave. There is good reception for your phones. It is close to the highway.

Chas was a fantastic host and has created an awesome group of sites and facilities. We were there with some other campers but everything is spread out and you’ll have plenty of privacy and peace. Bathrooms, cabins, and showers were very clean and easy to access.
You’re also close to tons of trails for hiking/biking/climbing/etc, including Curt Gowdy Park about 3 miles down the road.
There is a gas station five minutes away for ice and snacks, and it’s only ~20mins to Cheyenne or Laramie if you want to grab a bite in town.
I would note for tent campers on the Lee Road site, the highway noise is noticeable at night and there is a train that passes by to say hello at times, so just pack earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We will be back!

What a lovely campsite for a large group! The bathroom was right next to our site and very well kept. We loved the covered picnic area with the solar lights. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating for our group and we are so grateful. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back next summer!

Blue Moon Cabin
We had an amazing getaway to the Blue Moon Cabin - the owners were so friendly and helpful, and they truly thought of it all as far as amenities go in the cabin! The site itself was so beautiful and there was so much to explore. I would love to come back one day!

The Chas’ Blue Moon off grid cabin was awesome! We had never stayed in an off grid cabin before, and it was our first time using “Hipcamp” to book a stay. Both were good experiences and went really smooth.
The cabin is in a really convenient location off the interstate, and has very scenic views, with quick access to the state park for more hiking and sight seeing.
The cabin was really comfortable and had more than we needed to relax. Chad also met us at the cabin and showed us how everything worked and brought me some things that I forgot to pack to help me cook dinner.

We loved staying here with our toddler- there was lots to explore and Chas was a lovely host. We ran out of propane for the firepit and he arrived in five minutes to refill it.

Loved their outdoor setting!
The place is very comfortable and has nice amenities, like a practical cooking table, a deck, a picnic table, and a lovely bench to watch the sunrise. Also very close to hiking trails.

Our hosts were so great! Beautiful setting overlooking a canyon, lots of hummingbirds. Clean facilities and well priced. We also had the tent site which was so lovely, with lights and lots of seating.
