I ended up Car camping due to cold and rain. It was the perfect place to pull over for the night. Very convenient to freeway, gas station nearby with Cinnabuns! I did not use shower house or bathroom so I can't rate those. I also travel with my own powerbanks. Host was very understanding about adjusting my reservation due to weather and my work schedule. I woke to the most beautiful canopy of spring leaves and left with a smile.

This is a regular stop for me when travelling through the area. It works great for my needs. The hosts have always been friendly, responsive, and attentive. Looking forward to joining musicians for a jam one day soon.

Kelly and Matt’s place is awesome! It’s perfect for any traveling musician, artist, or person. They both know a lot about the Morgantown area, things to do, and the history. The grounds are well kept and the shower was hot! Truly, my dog and I were treated family. They are the epitome of “super hosts”. I highly recommend this “stay” to anyone traveling through the Morgantown area!

Kelly K’s is beyond awesome. The camp is located close to town on well maintained grounds. Any traveling person, artist, or musician will feel more than welcomed and comfortable here. The shower is hot and the hosts are cool! Kelly and Matt are kind, helpful, and fun to be around. Also both know a lot about the area, things to do, and the history. They are the true definition of “super hosts”. I highly recommend anyone looking for a stay in Morgantown to book here!

Very simple, they have a nice lush grass field behind a building they live in. They are very friendly and helpful. It’s well worth the price. It’s right off the exit so a good place to stop while you’re traveling and just move on down the road after. With that being said it’s next to an interstate but not too loud. Beautiful clear skies at night time. Loved it :)

Perfectly located for anyone passing through, the hospitality here was amazing. There were several great spots to set up camp, all clean and well-organized. It is near a roadway, but contrary to other reviewers, I did not find the highway hum too disturbing. It was easily drowned out by wildlife and later storms. I was only passing through, but I wish I had an excuse to stay longer.

Awesome host - gave great directions and helped accommodate our larger RV. Right off highway so expect a little noise but a safe and secure location. We are 30 ft and the fit was a little tight for us. Really cool host.

Conveniently located for an overnight park off the Highway. It felt safe, and easy for a car camp. KellyK was friendly and welcoming. The highway seemed a bit noisy at first with trucks, but I soon tuned it out and slept all night. No problems. Convenience store .3 mile away. I will stay here again when needed. Maybe next time have some pizza.

I was looking for a safe level place to spend the night in my camper with easy access to the interstate, which is just what I got. It was great to be able to plug into power. Definitely a place where you need earplugs, as both the interstate and the access road see all might heavy traffic including Jake brakes. I will stop here again when it's on my route.

I had a great time camping Camp RockStar. Kelly and family went above and beyond to make it an awesome experience. I was traveling by motorcycle and had minimal supplies and they were able to accommodated my needs. The location is perfect if traveling through WV or PA.

We had a fun stopover with KellyK and Matthew on our road trip. There is an inside bathroom for campers and we had a fire ring and wood courtesy of Matthew. Our site was fine but be prepared for some road noise if you are a light sleeper. We slept soundly inside our van, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Matthew and KellyK were friendly and helpful hosts and we enjoyed staying with them. Check them out if you’re passing through the Morgantown area!

Rockstarcamp is amazing! Welcoming, friendly, warm-hearted, and kind! Offered me a popsicle as I got out of my car. We all got along well so we hung out in the main house which used to be a bar/music space. We played music and enjoyed each other's company. They let me sleep in my car, parked under the trees near the main house. The setup was perfect for me -- just in for a night -- and out the next morning. Definitely staying here if I pass through the area again.

We had a wonderful time! Kelly and Matt are now family to us. They were exceptional hosts. They helped when we needed it and were great to our dogs! We highly recommend rockstar. There is a creek close for the dogs to wonder in so that was perfect. Worth every penny.
