1 acre, quiet and tranquil. Located on the banks of the The Cacapon River, one of America's cleanest rivers. Level, grassy camping. 5 miles west of Berkeley Springs WV. Access to the river is kid friendly. Crawdads to smallmouths, it has it all. Bring your bikes and tubes. Fire pit, and modest amount of firewood provided. Turn onto Clarion Lane and follow all the way to the end, to the left of the Community Access parking. Clearly marked Lot 29 Clarion/Parking. Campfire near river.

Riverside camping

Spot was great. Plenty of flat area for tent set up. Scott was a great host. Had the grass mowed and a pile of fire wood for us. River access was super easy with a couple of good fishing holes. Over all a great time.
