This space has a much stricter cancellation policy than the more expensive sites and are NON REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR THIS DISCOUNTED SPACE REGARDLESS OF THE EMERGENCY. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IN ADVANCE, WE WILL NOT APPROVE BOOKINGS MORE THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE . The sites are dispersed and may not have trees, shade, or it's own picnic table or fire pit on busy summer weekends. Host will assign a site to you if needed, if you don’t hear from us, just take anything available when you arrive. On holiday weekends, bring your own table, chairs, or portable fire pit unless you are sharing with a group booked with you. If you are particular about your camping needs do NOT book this site. Most times this space has it all but it is not guaranteed on busy summer weekends.
If you book after midnight and arrive before noon, there may not be a space for you, as the previous guest does not check out until noon. If we are able to accommodate you, there will be an extra day charge for early arrival without prior approval.
No 3rd party bookings. The person who booked the space must be staying overnight at the campsite booked. I meet and greet everyone and if the booking party is not present at check in or overnight, unaccompanied guests will be asked to leave.

Each evening, listen to the coyotes howl, the owls hoot, crickets chirp, roosters crow, turkey gobble, and frogs croak (in spring/early summer) and the gentle ambling of the occasional short train that crosses the track on the nearby spur.
