Great vacation if you’re looking to stay at the beach along the water, however not a lot of access to the beach if you wanna go swimming

Very easy to get there easy access to the beach. There’s high tide and low tide, but you really can’t swim in the beach during the time that we were there, which was June there was a lot of moss in the water. Plenty of fire pits and tables there is sewer and water hook ups. They also have firewood to purchase on site..

This was our second time staying at Bayside RV Camp and like last time It was great. The campground is well cared for and clean. We enjoyed walking on the beach and its close proximity to Westport. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Have stayed before and we came back with our dogs this time to site #5. Had the place to ourselves and the dogs absolutely loved the beach, even took our electric bikes out there to run them to exhaustion. I’m sure we will be back because we love the area for our seafood feast and the local businesses are great.

Excellent spot if you’re able to group camp and reserve all 4-5 spots. I couldn’t see myself just using spots 1-4 with unknown people on either side… pretty open and close. We were fortunate enough to have reserved all 4 sites for 3 parties. In that case I highly recommend this site!! Private beach walks Beautiful sunsets. Quiet.

Beach was not what we were expecting. May have just been bad timing - lots of seaweed and debris. The site is amazing. Great views, private, and plenty of room to walk and enjoy nature.

This was a great spot to stay at with our RV. Our kids loved the beach access and we found that it wasn't super windy in comparison to the more coastal areas. We also enjoyed being able to walk the stretch and keep an eye on our kiddos from where we parked. The instructions for entry were very clear and the spot was easily accessible, and it fit our 39ft RV comfortably. We were able to fly kites, hang out on the beach, and our kiddos swam a bit while the water was out due to tides. It was also within driving distance of aberdeen (20 mins or so) and 15 minutes of westport. We'd be happy to visit again some day!

Great Trip and Low Tide Adventure

We had a great 2-day get-away with our campsite only 30 feet from the beach. At low tide, I was able to walk/slog my way to the old (1890s old) docks/pier-posts several hundred yards into the bay ... er, I was 100 yards shy but close enough to be very impressed by the significant number of posts still out there. The property is clean, well maintained (everything is good working order) and secure (gated entrance/exit). I always look forward to having a firepit to cook dinner and the firewood bundle provided is a good amount of wood for $5. I appreciated being able to dump the tanks on-site and the dumpster for trash disposal. Shelby is very responsive to inquiries and corrected "my" site # booking mistake very quickly.

The view from the site is beautiful and having full hook-ups is wonderful. Location is easy to find and access, easy to park the RV (had to maneuver a bit to get the rig level). The wind made sitting outside a challenge (not the host’s fault!), so be ready with fun things to do inside the camper on a blustery day. Be sure to have a vehicle or bicycle if you want to check out the town of Westport or the winery. (We only brought our class A motorhome and we don’t have a towed vehicle yet.) By Saturday night, all 5 sites were occupied but neighbors were quiet and respectful of one another. We might have been the loudest ones, chatting outside with our friends. I have been wanting to visit this Hipcamp for 4 years and I’m glad I did!

This is a beautiful site. It’s right on the water. We loved having full hook-ups, which you don’t get at a lot of other HipCamps. We had a nice walk on the beach. It was quiet at night and we had a wonderful fire.
