Two Frog Bog

We had a lovely stay at the 2 Frog bog. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The yurt was very spacious and cozy. The heated mattress pad kept us warm all night even when the temperature dipped into the 30’s. “Wood henge” no longer exists, so if you want to chill in a hammock bring your own, I’m sure you can find some trees to attach it to. We enjoyed exploring the area, not too far from Mt. Rainier or a day trip to Seattle/Tacoma. The hosts were friendly and responsive.

Two Frog Bog was a really lovely tent site. We had the larger tent and it was plenty spacious for three tall adults. We listened to the other reviews and brought sleeping pads. The one provided was also fine and one of us preferred using it. We got a tour of the grounds from the owner when we arrived, including an introduction to the cats who are all so friendly. The bathroom and shower accomodations were nice, as was the outdoor covered kitchen area for the tent campers. It had everything we needed - towels, soap, all cooking needs, coffee supplies, running water. The surrounding area and view was beautiful. Lovely sunset each night. It rained the first morning of our stay and we stayed totally dry in the tent. We were there to visit Mt. Rainier and it was fun to camp and get the whole outdoor experience without having to bring everything with us. Not far from Yelm where there are grocery stores. Just bring flashlights, a lantern, sleeping pads, and briquettes for cooking. I also recommend bringing games or cards especially since there is a burn ban and you cannot have a campfire this summer (2026).

In the woods for real

We had a lovely stay at the Dragonfly Den Tent/Cabin! We felt very welcomed and were made very comfortable during our stay. Both Jim and Elona were kind and caring. It is clear that the entire property was planned and built with a love of nature and art. So many small details in the design and in the service made for a magical and comfortable camping experience. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

Heated bed and fairy wonderland!!!

What a wonderful overall experience! I was first met by Jim and Elona, two wonderful beings, and then by two very happy, sweet and cuddly cats! I was given a tour of the property and was cheered up by Jim, and was astonished by the property, the pictures don't quite do it justice! What an amazing spot full of beauty and art, some from an on-site artist! The heated bed was absolutely incredible, a must-have in any future bed of my own! Loved hearing the birds and bugs singing outside my safe home for the night, and being able to cook with good tunes from nature ;p The shower room was beautiful and felt like aromatherapy with the cedar wood infusing the space!!!! Would love to venture back some time soon!!!

Glamping in style

My husband, and I stayed for some relaxation after a few days roughing it, and 2 frog bog didn’t disappoint! The land is beautiful, and natural with paths to explore, and a couple of cats to pet. Their whole set up is pleasant, and we plan to come back with our kids for some fun in the surrounding area.

Was a great get away camping experience for my toddler and I. The owner was very kind and welcoming and made us feel right at home. It was so quiet and peaceful. The sunset is very beautiful from the property entrance over the ridgeline. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique experience.

A wonderful spot! This has become our go to for a weekend away. Jim and Elona and so welcoming, the space is beautiful, there are two cats wondering around the property, and I can’t say enough about the bathtub. Check it out, it’s amazing.

We enjoyed our stay in the yurt! Plenty of bedding, towels, utensils for cooking and eating. No baking sheet, we used aluminum foil instead with no issue. Beautiful property, wonderful hosts. Will be back!

Great little stay. Camp is equipped with a covered outdoor kitchen with potable water faucet from a well, and grill, utensils, plates, etc. The actual tent site I stayed at was great too, there are two comfortable sleeping pads in the tent. Would recommend using again.

Just book it!

This was the perfect spot to come back to after a long day of hiking and exploring! It was nestled in the woods and was peaceful and cozy. The bed was super comfortable ( the heated mattress pad was a game changer) and the yurt had everything we needed to cook. The bath house was also super cute and different! I loved the tile. It’s about 45 minutes from a Rainier park entrance which is perfect if you want to be in close proximity but avoid staying in the park. The hosts were very kind and communicative and the location was easy to find. I would definitely recommend this magical little hideaway!

Beautiful space and friendly hosts!

The Paisley Yurt was beautiful and very homey! The bed and couch were comfortable, the lighting warm, and the kitchen stocked with dishes and a lovely assortment of tea. The bathroom had a generous offering of bath salts, and bubble baths for the big tub. As two women travelers, the property and hosts felt very safe. Elona & Jim were friendly, responsive, and warm hosts. Would recommend to others!

Comfortable stay with young kids

We enjoyed our stay in the tent at Elona's place! We were there with two young kids and they had a great time. The tent was large enough for four of us to sleep comfortably. The amenities (kitchen, grill, toilet, shower) were a huge plus especially with kids. Elona and Jim were easy to communicate with and responsive. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from there and like the quiet and peaceful stay. Highly recommend this place!

Magic!

I loved my stay at Two Frog Bog! It was absolutely magical and serene and exactly what I needed for self connection. Really cozy spot and you’re well taken care of with anything you should need. I will absolutely be coming back when in Washington again and will be recommending it highly. Next time I’ll get to enjoy the soak tubs and maybe seen what else is new after some reconstruction from a recent storm. Thank you! Thank you!

My son and I have a lovely time here for his birthday! The outdoor shower house and the communal kitchen area were some of his favorite parts. The garden area and the trails in the back are absolutely gorgeous and abundant with a variety of native plant species. Highly recommend checking this spot out!
