Nestled at the foothills of Mount Rainier, we are a serene farm 45 miles away from Seattle, 36 min drive away from the Mt Rainier Carbon River entrance, 1 hour from the Crystal Mountain Resort, and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Sunrise Visitor Center. I live here with my partner Khohay who now takes care of his family farm which used to be his late aunts Soma Institute of Structural Integration school (now ran by his brother on Whidbey Island). We are constantly doing projects around the property to restore, improve and preserve the beauty that it has to offer and would love to share it with other people as we go! AMENITIES/THINGS TO DO: -There is a communal bunkhouse on property available to guests with a flushable toilet and a hot water shower. It also includes a kitchenette and we welcome you to use any of the kitchen/cookware and appliances. Our 2 French Bulldogs also stay in this building but they love humans and all the attention you can give them! -We have a wellness yurt with well equipped gym that is available to use as an add-on. -There is an infrared sauna that can sit up to 3 people located next to the yurt accompanied by a cold plunge as an add-on. -You are welcome to wander around the entire property and grab fruit daily from the trees when in season or have us get you farm fresh eggs from the coop to eat for breakfast. -Say hello to the animals (sheep, goats, chickens, piggy, cats and dogs) or go for a walk/run around the countryside roads with walking/running/biking adventures available to you along the beautiful and paved Foothills Trail extending 21 miles from Buckley to Puyallup. -Communal fire pit areas with picnic table and chairs available when fire ban is not in effect. There is one close to the communal kitchen area, one closer to the field by the barn, and we have a moveable metal one which we can transport to your camp spot if preferred. We sell a milkcrate full of wood for $10 if needed. -WIFI is available closer to the communal area. LOCATION: 2 miles from downtown Buckley with Blue Max Meats and the Rainier Fresh Country Store for a quick trip down the road for groceries and less than 15 minute drive to Enumclaw with more restaurant options available and Bonney Lake also 15 minutes away with Costco, Fred Meyers etc.

(SUMMER UPDATE: We currently have two mowed spots in the back two corners of the front field with picnic tables on each end that are preferred by campers as we await to get our fields hayed! Campsite on the back left is a more private, enclosed smaller space and on the opposite end on the right it is more spacious and open but still has good privacy! First come, first serve basis for dispersed bookings. We are also prioritizing clearing out some blackberry bushes on the property line next to the creek for access! Until then enjoy the lulling, serene sounds of water trickling through at your camp spots.) You are able to spread out and pick-your-own spot where you feel most comfortable and where you prefer most. You may choose to be surrounded by the orchard trees or closer to the tree line along the creek with spots that have picnic tables or perhaps in the middle of the field, with another option being near the front closer to the bathroom and yurt, as you prefer! The bunkhouse communal area with the kitchenette, toilet and shower is about a 5 minute walk from the field.

Situated alongside our hill, this cozy tiny home offers a beautiful panoramic view of the farm. In the morning you’ll have a deck view of the backfield where the livestock roam, and in the evenings watch the summer sunsets in the front field. It has a wood-burning fireplace indoors and outdoor chiminea, is hooked to electricity and is equipped with a private kitchenette (hot water kettle, coffee pot, toaster oven, Ninja Foodi 4-in-1 indoor grill, single stove top, fridge, cookware, cutlery). The communal bunkhouse kitchenette is also available to be used by any guests staying in this tiny house. There is no plumbing but dishes can be picked up, washed and brought back when requested by guests staying more than 1 night. There is a 5 gallon water container in the tiny home kitchenette with a spigot attached to wash hands etc. It is accompanied by its own private outhouse and guests are also able to use the bunkhouse bathroom with flushable toilet and hot water shower less than a 5 minute walk away.

Tiny house of my dreams
The Sweetheart Cabin
Staying at the Sweetheart Cabin was the PERFECT autumn weekend getaway! It was stormy and rainy outside a lot of the time, but that just made the cozy cabin even better with the wood stove, string lights, candles, and blankets. The cabin as well as communal spaces were clean and everyone was so kind. They said that the number one rule was that we felt at-home :) Thank you so so much Jenel and Khohay, my partner and I had a beautiful time at your farm <3

A cozy farm stay
The Sweetheart Cabin
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sweetheart Cabin for a night during our first trip to rainier and it was excellent! Khohay was super friendly and talkative and an amazing host. The cabin was super comfortable and cozy. We heard elk at night too which was super cool! Definitely recommend for anyone trying to escape the city and explore Rainier and the surrounding nature.

The Sweetheart Cabin
The tiny home is the perfect place to rest your head on the best land with the best hosts. The sweet tenants (goats, sheep, chickens, and frenchies) are the icing to the cake. I can’t wait to find a reason to come back!

Jenel and Khohay were very nice. The farm looks amazing! The communal area is super cute and cozy and the camp spot on the field with the animals was even and soft. I love the concept of self-sustainability that they follow. They had free farm fresh eggs and produce and were reachable at any minute while we were there. Very supportive and friendly communication. Thank you for having us!

I can not begin to say enough of this very amazing place to stay. The hosts welcomed me like family. I am on a solo motorcycle trip and the communal family atmosphere was exactly what I needed. Everything was as advertised. Nice ans quiet.

Would absolutely recommend this spot! Jenel and Khohay were amazing hosts. They’re easy to communicate with and very welcoming. A beautiful property with a very well stocked bunkhouse perfect for anyone visiting Mt. Rainier and the surrounding area. 10/10!

We had such a great time camping at Khohay's farm! Our two boys absolutely loved every minute of it. We woke up to deer walking by, enjoyed farm fresh eggs for breakfast and visited all the friendly farm animals (pig, chickens, sheep, goats, dogs)! It was a dream for animal-loving kids. Having bikes really made getting around the property more fun and efficient. The campsite was peaceful and private, with a beautiful sunset view over the large meadow. The "cantina" (communal kitchen/restroom) had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, like family. They really open up their entire property for your use and were so engaging with the kids. We’ll definitely be back —this spot is a gem!

Jenel and Khohay are great hosts. Jenel was very responsive to my messages and provided a lot of helpful local advice when I needed it. She even shared some recommendation lists, which made me feel that she truly cared. On the other hand, Khohay warmly introduced me to his farm after I arrived. The place feels like it’s full of little corners to explore and enjoy. Unfortunately, I arrived a bit late and had to leave early the next morning for a hike, so I didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy it. I really appreciated how they challenged the typical idea of a campground. They offer a space where campers can freely choose where to set up their tents, while still providing full access to all the facilities like the kitchen and bathroom etc. I honestly didn’t expect that, but it made my stay feel very thoughtful and complete. I had a wonderful night(not to mention, the sunset over the fields, with the golden light streaming in, was absolutely beautiful!). If you’re looking for a campsite close to Mt. Rainier and you’re open to a bit of adventure, this is a great spot. I’d definitely recommend it to all fellow campers!

A very friendly host with lots of spaces to visit. The yurt gym is small but sufficient for a maintenance workout and there is an attached massage bed and an adjacent sauna. The public kitchen/shower is well equipped. Sites are spacious and reasonably well spaced.

You cant go wrong with a tiny home, in the vicinity of mount rainier, with cute animals! my partner and I absolutely LOVED our stay at Khohay’s Farm. It was a highlight. We could see the beautiful stars and have a quant little getaway. The hosts, Jenel & Khohay really made it shine though. They put so much work into the farm, and their animals are so cute! I’m talking goats, sheeps, pig, and chickens!! everything was so clean and just well put together. HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

I stayed at the Sweetheart cabin & it is just the cutest!! Located at the top of Jenel & Khohays beautiful farm, you get such an amazing sunset. Lots of goats, 2 of the cutest puppies & a pig!! While the farm is amazing, Jenel & Khohay are even moreso. Both so welcoming and sweet. I couldn't recommend staying with them more.

We had a great stay at Kohays farm. Kohay and Jenel are legends and were very friendly, accomodating and inviting. The farm is really cool and there is plenty to checkout, it’s a great location if you’re looking to head to the Sunrise side of Rainier.

Such a beautiful space and warm, welcoming hosts. You have to see it for yourself! You can see and feel all the love they've poured into this land. So many little details and just so pretty everywhere you turn. I loved my experience, the cabin was so cozy and unique. I am 100% staying here again ♡

This was a lovely, relaxing spot and Khohay and Jenel were super friendly and accommodating. The space felt like a little community hub if you wanted to participate (Khohay and Jenel were out grilling with some friends and seemed down to chat) but also a place where you could easily have privacy if that's what you're looking for. I highly recommend it!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Jenel and Khohay's property - spent one night in the Sweetheart Cabin. We loved spending time with the animals, picking cherries, and relaxing on the deck listening to birdsong. Our hosts greeted us, showed us around and made us feel very welcome. The cabin was comfy, cozy and well set-up, and the outhouse was clean and very convenient to the cabin. We really appreciated the communal kitchen and bathroom space, had an amazing send-off breakfast of fresh farm eggs and espresso. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Jenel and Knohay were warm and gracious hosts. Their land is beautiful and the love they put into it is tangible. We loved our campsite tucked away by the creek, and having extra amenities of running water, kitchen and shower was a plus. Their hiking recommendations were spot on, we enjoyed visiting a nearby state park and the foothill path. Highly recommend to any looking for a peaceful getaway in nature, and thank you so much Jenel and Khohay for sharing your space with us!

Amazing stay! We took our 2-year-old camping for the first time and couldn't have asked for more thoughtful hosts or a better setting. Both campsite options were peaceful and private, and we particularly loved the local recommendations for good eats/activities, as well as the super cute animals they had on the farm!

Our weekend at Field Farm Camping at The Khohay Farm was nothing short of magical. From the moment I booked, Jenel and Khohay E. were incredibly communicative—responding quickly, kindly, and with a detailed itinerary that made everything effortless and easy to plan for. The campsite itself is stunning—wide open fields, a glowing sunset each evening, and total tranquility. But what really made this trip unforgettable were the adorable farm animals and sweet puppies roaming around! Waking up to the sounds of gentle farm life and being greeted by curious, friendly animals added such a warm and joyful touch to the stay. The land is beautifully cared for, and there’s a genuine sense of love and hospitality in everything the hosts provide. It felt less like a stay and more like being welcomed into a small, peaceful community. I can’t wait to return—this place is a gem!

I was only at Jenel and Khohay’s place for a short time but it was immediately peaceful. They were very welcoming and gave me a tour of the property with many offerings, but most importantly to feel comfortable and have a home away from home. I car camped and picked a spot along the field where I could hear the small creek flowing. I fell asleep listening to the creek and rain falling. I was up and out early the next morning but very much appreciated having a full bathroom with running water to start my day at before heading out to the mountain! I would absolutely stay here again and hopefully spend more than one evening!

Khokay we are still dreaming about your beautiful tiny house and farm. You made it so comfortable for us, it was such a peaceful space. I love your doggies, fresh eggs 💕, the chickens, goat, sheep, and the potential of seeing elk! The tiny house had everything we needed and more. I enjoyed doing some yoga in the morning with a cup of tea. Also the outhouse was surprisingly amazing! 🤩 I am sad we ran out of time to try out the gym, sauna, farmers cold plunge and bike rentals… but we will be back for more later! Thanks again ❤️💕

If you are considering, look no further. Allow this to be your sign to book. This place is nothing short of amazing. Pictures cant properly showcase the environment but from the hosts to the property, this was such an awesome place to recenter. I loved the slow pace & coziness of the cabin, the cantina lounge room and the hosts are super accomodating & down to earth. If you like people, you'll love them, if you dont like people, you'll still love them. This place also comes equipped with the cutest pair of frenchies you'll ever meet and they are available for all the love you could ever give. Just book it, you'll love it

Even through wet and gloomy weather, I really enjoyed my stay at The Khohay Farm. The friendly greeting and welcome at arrival really set a great tone for the weekend. A quick tour and storied history of the buildings and land gave me the sense of lived in comfort. I can't help but feel appreciation for the care put into being exceptional stewards of the picturesque surroundings. Their common bunkhouse is a very cozy and aesthetic space with quality amenities. The nicely stocked kitchenette and heated hangout area provided an elevated camping experience. The affectionate and chill Frenchies residing in the bunkhouse are adorable company. We got caught in a windy rainstorm overnight and was woken up by the wind flipping our pop up canopy into our tent. After dealing with the emergency, while checking the time on my phone, I was pleasantly surprised to see a warm message from Jenel & Khohay on my app checking if we were ok in the rain and reminded us of the option to seek refuge in their exercise and health yurt. Jenel & Khohay have a genuine passion to share their farm with Hipcamp visitors. They put a lot of thought and effort into creating an effortless environment and worked hard to create and accommodate for the experience I wanted to have. They anticipated my needs and provided flawless support around the clock. They were great hosts and the grand plans underway to grow The Khohay Farm was exciting to hear about and will keep this land a favorite on my list.

Cute & Cozy Cabin!

Jenel & Khohay were so welcoming!! Their cabin was the perfect place to spend a couple of peaceful days with my boyfriend. It was a great location to explore Mt. Rainier and was so nice to come home to after a long day of hiking.
