Our property is a well maintained 5 acres with lots of room to roam. The property is roomy and private from other neighbors, and provides a good place for kids to run and play. Delicious well water spigot and 15 amp power at the site. Long term stays possible with careful screening. There is only one site, so you will not share the space with anyone. Convenient place to stop on your way to National Parks, Mt St Helens, or any number of amazing places in western Washington and Oregon.

Our property is a well maintained 5 acres with lots of room to roam. Salmon Creek runs along one side of the property (accessible by walking down a short trail, although not great for recreating.) The camp site is 1/2 acre, with space for a few vehicles (RVs, trailers, etc), lots of tent spots on grass (under trees), and a portable fireplace and table to accommodate whatever kind of group you have. There is a 15 amp outlet at the site and spigot with fresh well water. The site has a nice outhouse. The other side of the property is a very old cemetery, and a great place for exercising and walking dogs. No other neighbors around. Feels secluded, and yet minutes from I-5 and I-205, and 5 min from Costco. You won't share the space with any other campers, and there's plenty of room for kids to run. Please, no more than 2 dogs. Long term stays are welcome, message us for details. Convenient place to stop on your way to National Parks, Mt St Helen's, etc.

Our 800 sq ft barn (plus a full loft above for sleeping) is perfect for family gatherings! There is a queen bed (not made up) as well as a dining table, chairs, sofas, counter space, and WI-FI.  Bathroom is an outhouse directly behind. Fresh, delicious well water comes from a spigot next to the barn. There are several outlets and lights, Power hook-up is only 125V, great for power that doesn't include AC. Okay to run your own generator.  The barn is near our house and shop. There are no neighbors, as a cemetery occupies all the space next to the barn. It is a wonderful, old cemetery - great for walking dogs off leash or exercising. There is a small Airbnb apartment in the shop, so no parties or large groups are allowed at the barn.

My husband and I enjoyed a great stay at Sue's place in our travel trailer. The location feels private with nice trees, grass and a picnic table with canopy. We were close enough to Portland to visit family and then got to come back to our peaceful cozy spot each evening. I highly recommend.

It was very easy to find and she had power and water access for us. The spot was relatively flat with shade but our starlink was still able to connect. She communicated with us quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Camping on Sue’s land was exactly what my family and I were hoping for! There was eight adults and two little kids and everyone had a great time. The campsite was clean, with plenty of space and having the covered picnic table was super helpful since it rained the first night. Sue was also such a great host! She let us use a propane fire pit since there was a burn ban which definitely added to the camping feel. This will definitely be a campsite we plan on returning to!

We had a great time. This a a beautiful shady spot, comfortably cool even on a hot day. The covered Picnic and cooking tables were very handy. Easy access to power and water.It was convenient for us to visit friends and relatives in the Vancouver area, some of whom enjoyed coming to the site to visit. Cell service is good. We'll be back!

Private spot on her land. Clean cedar outhouse. Very welcoming. The road was heard, but not an issue at all. It was perfect for our drive.

This was a great overnight on our way south on I-5. Easy to find, and very comfortable, thoughtfully done - table, electric service with extension cord, clean site, and an attractive outhouse!

Felt like we were in the woods. Close to a major road, but did quiet down at night. Close to major grocery stores. The local meat store was fabulous! Very private. Would recommend. Fabulous fire pit and firewood added to our stay. Everything I was looking for! I actually miss it, now that I’m back home

We really enjoyed the proximity of Sue’s place to Portland. We just wanted to get away for a night with the kids and this was easy and comfortable. The site is spacious and there is plenty of shade and a very clean outhouse. While you are indeed in site of the house on the property, we never felt uncomfortable with that. Thanks for the stay, Sue!

I have stayed at Sue’s campsite many times and we keep coming back because it is close enough to town but quiet enough to feel like you can relax. The campsite is always clean, has a canopy over a picnic table, a large fire ring with extra lawn chairs, and an outdoor (vaulted) bathroom nearby. Whenever we stay, we feel at home and comfortable. Sue and her family are very kind, thoughtful and give you space to enjoy your time.

Great site and close enough to Vancouver and Portland but far enough to feel secluded. Great host make sure we had access to water and power and even came to make sure everything was great! Would definitely go again!

We loved camping at Sue's place! It's a great central location. We had ultimate privacy, delicious well water, plenty of room and lots of shade! My kids especially enjoyed exploring the beautiful little forest there and loved how they could ride bikes and collect apples in the nearby cemetery. Sue is an amazing host and made our visit memorable. We can't wait to stay there again next time we are in Vancouver!

This Hip Camp was wonderful for us! It was located not far from our relatives residence, which gave us the luxury of the camping experience instead of a hotel and a good 3/4 less the expense of said. You can't ask for a better, courteous host than Sue! Need anything and Sue's there on the spot to see to your needs. The out house was clean, well made and had sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer available. We will be staying there again!

Sue's land is grassy and wooded, includes a picnic table with attached benches under a gazebo like covering, a fire pit with 4 chairs, and outhouse and an old cemetery across the driveway. The location is down a long driveway from the main road, and is quiet, safe,and private. I recommend Sue's tentative to everyone.

We loved the space Sue had to rent. We only wished our schedule had allowed us more time there so we could take advantage of the beautiful space and fire ring. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This was above my expectations. There was plenty of room for multiple tents, I only had one though. It was pretty private, clean toilet, and close to a bunch of cool things to see and do! I would 100% recommend and use again myself!

Beautiful wooded private campsite. Stayed one night, would love to stay longer. A very nice well maintained space with beautiful native plants, trees, birds and a trail down to the creek. Also an old cemetery to walk around. Loved staying here, picnic table, flat area for tents and lots of open space and woods. Had a wonderful time, will definitely come back again. Thank you Sue!

What a great spot, Sue was an great host! Great big space in the trees with gazebo, picnic table, water source, and the cleanest bathroom facility I have seen in years. We will be back for the the next concert. Short 10 min drive away.

Our stay at Black Dog Woods was so relaxing. We love coming back here because it's so peaceful and Sue is always such a good host-very pleasant and campsites are always clean. We enjoy the privacy. We love it here and will keep coming back as long as they'll have us.
