This is the river escape you have been dreaming of! With views of Sauk Mountain, Mt. Kulshan/Mt. Baker and Skagit River access that is a 5 min away, heaven on earth can be found here. There is a gazebo for shade and a large concrete slab with a picnic table for you to enjoy. To the right of the gazebo is a grass landing that has room for a few tents. Just behind that grass landing is a fire pit that can be used when fire bans are not in affect. There is also a RV pad with electric hook up. There is a 6 seat swing to take in all the views, a gazebo for shade and a large concrete slab with a picnic table for you to enjoy. There is ample space for tent, car, or RV parking. There is power and a honey bucket for your convenience. There is NO running water, you will need to pack in and out your own water, food, and trash. To get to the river there is a trail to the right of the property that is public land, along with the trails to the river. It's just a short 5 min walk to the beach. The water can be really cold and swift so please be careful and mindful! All of the properties that are along the river are privately owned. There is no noise restriction or curfew as you might find in a camp ground. There also multi use trails for humans and small off road vehicles. They are friendly and watch for pedestrians as far as we have experienced. Warning⚠️ friendly dog alert! Reedus is the nextdoor neighbor’s dog and has lived off leash all of his life. He is very friendly even though he looks big. He just wants to say hi. If you aren’t dog people or are afraid of them this might not be the property for you.This piece of land is along the Skagit River. It is a lovely home base for hiking Sauk Mountian, going to Baker Lake, and exploring the Cascades. There is power, but no running water, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER for drinking, cooking and cleaning. Water rights belong to native peoples of this land. There is a 6 seater swing that faces Sauk Mountian and Mt. Kulshan/Baker on a clear day. The river is a 5 min walk on the trail to the right of the property. Walk all the way back and to the left. The entry to the beach is on the right side. Reedus, the neighborhood dog, may even lead you there! There is an RV pad on the back right side of the property by the electrical box. You can tent or car camp anywhere that is comfortable for you. There are many flat spots with shade to choose from. There is also a gazebo and a concrete pad with a picnic table. Grocery store and restaurants are a 5 min drive into Concrete if you need supplies.

The river is as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be, but I found the tent camp spot very lackluster. It's immediately off the side of a road, which wasn't clear from the listing's picture. As such, the neighbors were driving ATVs up and down the road all day and into the night, so it was pretty noisy. There isn't much privacy. I could sit at the river all day, but the campsite isn't one that I'd want to hang out in. We did really appreciate the grill and other amenities under the gazebo.

Would’ve been a better experience if the campsite was taken care of and prepared for us. We had to mow grass for camp spots and clean up the area before we could set up. There was a lot of random things just laying around (broken chairs, random water coolers, old clothes). Very uncool for a spot that I paid hundreds of dollars for. Not worth the price at all.

Reverence was perfect for us and we will definitely be back! We fish the Skagit River and Baker Lake a few times per year and camping in this location makes it a fairly short drive to all of our launch areas. The property itself is a nice wide open area that can accommodate quite a few people and cars. The coolest thing is the river access that is about a five minute walk from camp on a trail that connects directly to the campsite. The best part is you get 3 different fairly large sized sandy beaches to choose from when accessing the river. Kind of a fisherman’s dream! So glad we found Reverence. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot for Diablo

The description matches exactly what this site has to offer. We were able to get to Diablo lake in 45 minutes and also explore the Ross Dam. The access to Skagit River was fantastic. The view of the Mount baker was majestic. We enjoyed the six person swing. Friendly people around. It was a pleasant experience.

Property is next to a trail system that intersects with other trails reaching multiple beaches and scenic spots along the river. Great setup for camping. Neighbors are friendly but downside is other campers in neighboring site can be a little loud (only 1st night) and site is visible from the country road.
