The normal area was full so David accommodated me at another spot on his property that felt very safe and calm. Great stay once again.

Easy access. Private and very quiet. We pulled in and had our choose of three areas. One was more level than the rest. It was very a very peaceful area. Almost too quiet from what we’ve experienced but we loved our one night stay.

Upon arriving, it was unclear as to the exact parking location. I did see a couple RVs in one area, but wanted to be sure and thought I might end up meeting the hosts/owners of the property. About 1/8 to 1/4 of a mile further, I realized I would need to turn around, which is what I was doing (at roughly 4-7mph) when a man came traipsing across the field screaming. “HEY HEY HEY!!! What are you doing? Are I drunk. I have goats and animals “ which be did. Maine the goats in Washington are different, but the ones in Arkansas are smart enough to move when a small motor home is heading at them clipping a snails pace. Regardless, the man acted as though I were some sort of idiot for not recognizing the clearing between the bushes as “the site.” And maybe I should have. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. But knew thing I did not need was condescending belittlement from this gentlemen who clearly had had much stronger coffee than I could’ve ordered at Starbucks.
My suggestion: a little orange flag, a small sign,

Clean spot for camping. Nice privacy. There were two other vans there during my stay and I felt private. The space feels safe. And the host has signs near the spot that make it clear where to go. Overall a great stay.

The campsite felt safe and secluded with individual nooks to give each site a bit more privacy. Also very convenient to Snohomish. Will definitely stay again next time we’re passing through.

David's property is a beautiful place to layover. The tree canopees provide a cool oasis away from the hot summer sun. It's quite and far enough away from everything else on property it really feels serene and private when no one else is in camp. David is there to help with his adorable companion dog but also gives plenty privacy!!!
The back spot is the best. You have a little nature path and and a cool downed tree to explore. There's all sorts of bugs and cool wildlife tucked away.
There's also wild cherries, black berries and raspberries hidden in the nooks of this camp spot. So don't miss out on exploring this gem!!!

The property was well laid out. There were two other van campers there, and I felt very private in my space. The grassy area is very well kept. I really appreciate that. David put the Hipcamp tent signs at several key locations to make it really easy to find the spot. I felt it was a great value for the money, and I would stay there again.

Lovely private setting in a maintained meadow with separate spaces carved out in the tall berry bushes and trees. Perfect for a camper van or car!

Too bad that's not more hip camps like this. No fuss no muss. David gave us good direction and there were even lit signs to point the way. Nothing fancy nice woods nice view. There was one other very quiet camper and we brought the stuff we needed: table, toilet and had a great time. Snohomish is such a sweet little town with really really good food. Make sure you try the bakery. Thanks David we may be back since we found out how close you are to the centennial trail... 8 minutes by bike.

Very peaceful setting and easy to find. Nice meadow that is slightly lumpy and bumpy but I had no issues finding a nice spot to land. My pups loves romping around and we had the area all to ourselves. There was a bunch of baby Junkos in the brush in the circular enclave to the right when you pull in. My dogs scared them and flushed them out and almost caught a few but my ranting and screaming made them stop and no baby birds were harmed. I’d stay here again for sure.

Beautiful site, enjoyed the frog chorus. Would definitely stay here again. Be careful however, Apple maps will take you to the neighbor’s house. So just make sure that you’re looking for the address numbers. Once I got that part figured out, the site is very well marked well maintained And easy to access.

Nice spot not far from town. I had no trouble finding it, they have little signs to follow. I was the only one camped here on a Monday night, so my experience was quiet and peaceful.
