Full Hookups- 30/50 amp with 1 additional 20amp plug in at panel sewer at site by bumper Heated frost free water spigot. Max 40ft length TT/motorhome, 5th wheel up to 43 RV must be within 15 years or renovated to look new and in good exterior condition, tiny homes also allowed. Property is in a suburban area that is mostly single family homes or duplex, near a school, safe to walk and is near a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping in general. Close to the freeway but far enough that you won't have any noise from it. Renters have offered that they were surprised how quiet and nice the neighborhood is. $35 Background/renter check required via authenticate Includes all utilities, except if you use electric heat in or outside under RV in winter, extra $150. Skirting to insulate highly recommended (silver side in) (no organic items for this, may use wood, air skirt, foam board.) max 2 vehicles or 1 vehicle 1 small storage trailer. 2 dogs allowed must be socialized as we have dogs (fenced in) renter supplied 4ft temp metal fencing required. Indoor only cats ok RVs must be hard sided with working bathroom, in good condition. Live video tour for serious renter, with reference from prior renter. :) Dogs welcome, must be up to date on shots with records and ok with other dogs after intros. We have no kids and the property is quiet in a suburb that you can walk your dogs. Must not leave out while gone or if they are barking. 15 mins to large hospital, 4 mins to freeway and surrounded by great food, shopping and plenty of grocery options. Laundromat nearby First booking for first two weeks must be through a site, so no deposit up front to us. Deposit and lease for subsequent bookings. Inbetween medical lake, WA , downtown Spokane, wa and Post falls, Idaho (20 minutes either way). Surrounded by food, grocery, multiple gyms and a nice laundromat 3 minutes away.
